Pool was small, didn't end up using it. Room was ok. Breakfast was good and usually well stocked.

We picked spring hill hotel because the pool looked large in the pictures that were online. But we were disappointed to see the actual size.

Maintenance issues

i have stayed at the Lexington, KY Springhill Suites on S Broadway a number of times. There has been some type of issue each time. The first two times my debit card was compromised. It was the same evening employee working each time. I have not seen him since and have had no further trouble. Last stay was 3/4/2016. First room given had a broken air conditioner/ heater. The only person on site was the night time front desk employee. She asked me to remove the cover and see if I could figure out what was wrong. Really? Asked for maintenance to come and she said no one else was there. Was switched to another room, but that only had 1 bed. Had to go back down to front desk. Was given a 3rd room. It was fine but light above coffee station was out and oddly the hot and cold water pipes were reversed from the directions noted on the knob. Im sure that has been brought up in the past but not fixed? Girl at the front desk was very nice but not impressed with management of the hotel.

Hospital Visit

Pros: It was clean and close to hospital
Cons: Set up TV so it can be viewed from couch and bed. Remove smoking access from entrance of building. List any maintenance on website.
Location: Lots of really good restaurants and shopping nearby.
Was very disappointing to find out that the pool and spa were unavailable due to maintenance upgrade. Wish that this had been listed on their website. A lot of noise outside my window all through the night. The handle that turns on the shower did not work very well. Was hard to turn on. Was unable to watch the TV from the couch due to the fact it was set up where you could only watch it from the bed.
