when we tried to shower in the morning, there was no hot shower. It turned out that we were in one of 5 rooms which had mechanical issues with the shower diverters, and had not been informed about that.
The nice lady at the desk processed a 20% reduction in price, and sucked her teeth (completely appropriately) about our not having been made aware of the shower issue, so we left unwashed, but not unhappy
