“Affordable price, large room, but the AC smells, it even triggered smoke detector when I just turned on the heat air. Refrigerator is noisy, I have to unplug the power supply, mattress is uncomfortable.”

“multiple cockroaches are everywhere in my room. Best estimates I would say I have seen 10-15. They are small, moving around fast. They went into my food so I have to trash it. Such a nasty hotel room is a symbol of, I don’t know what to say precisely, nightmare. I hardly recall I had this kind of room experience before. The breakfast is most nothing. Building is old. ”

“The network signal is too poor”

“The owner walked me to 3 rooms to find a clean one. The pool was dirty. And the the people who works there didn’t speak good English. The room smelled terrible with big water bugs”

“The sheets were dirty. I will NEVER stay here again”

“The hotel was nice. I wish the breakfast would have had more of a selection of hot breakfast.”

“Clean Room. Great Staff. Cold AC.”

“This was my second stay for a few days at Round Top. Last time it was much cleaner. The elevator, stairs and hallways need a deep clean. The room was ok but there was hair in the shower that wasn’t mine! I’ll go elsewhere for future trips”

“The staff was sweet and absolutely helpful, genuinely cares about there customers!!”

“all was good”

“We had a wonderful stay! The property was unique, cozy, and surrounded by beautiful nature. The lake view was absolutely stunning, and the deck was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. We loved the unique design of the cabin and the beautiful scenery. It was a great place to unwind and escape from the busy city. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!”

“The room door would not close or lock, you had to lift the door for it to latch in place. Same with the deadbolt. Shower tub wouldn't drained properly it took for ever. The evening staff man were very rude.”
