“Staff was very helpful from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping department. Mervyn, Angelyn and Hannah were the best.”

“The bathroom was not very clean. There was mildew around the sink and on shower head. The staff immediately addressed the situation. They assigned me another room which was much cleaner. They went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay there the next time I’m in Tacloban City.”
