"The only complaint I have is the coffee pot and area in the room wasn’t cleaned. It had an old coffee pod still in it and obvious use of the creamer, cups missing and such. I let them know and they said they would send someone immediately. No one ever came to clean it. When I squired again, I was told no one was available to clean it and then they sent more supplies. I had to clean the pit and si ard the used items myself. Truly gross."
