Few days away

Posted May 8, 2017
Nothing bad or unbearable just an ok stay. Wasn't wow-ed anything and wasn't upset about any of it. It was very blah.

It was an alright stay. At least that's what I thought until I got home only to see that they charged me three times!

Hotel wouldn't give us tis paper, towels after 8pm

Posted Dec 12, 2016
We couldn't shower cause we didn't have towels . We walked down to office locking our selves out cause our card broke and the office is seperated by a closed and locked door. After calling the 500 number someone finally came to office. And then told us they do not give out linens after 5 pm.. nor do they supply toilet paper if after hours or before hours. Which is 3pm on Sunday. Staff was rude. They offer no discounts for veterans. Elevator to the floors is the slowest ever. Always have groups of people waiting for it to arrive.

Pros: It is easy to find and has easy access to major interstates.
The room was clean and the staff was always very helpful and always with a smile.

Walls are paper thin so you hear everything next door. Stayed for over a month, staff was friendly and responded to your needs in a timely manner. Only issue was some of the other guests. Heard at least 19 screaming matches over my stay. Seems like a lot of people live there.

Inexpensive but a bit depressing

Posted Oct 18, 2016
This is an extended stay place, not a hotel per se. No gym. No breakfast. No lobby. It felt a bit like a prison to me. No carpet in the rooms. Very spartan, very bare feel to the place. Some of the residents were very nice; a few were mildly scary. It does have a laundromat. It has a good location, close to shopping and restaurants. But it lacks the cozy feel of a family-friendly hotel.

Okay Hotel, Horrible Staff

Posted Oct 18, 2016
Pros: There is a large shopping center with a lot of restaurants nearby.
Cons: The Manager or Staff Person definitely needed training in Customer Service. Every time we interacted with him it felt like we were an inconvenience.
We arrived at the hotel about 5:00 on a Saturday afternoon. The front desk had a roll down metal screen so you couldn't see the actual check-in desk. The sign by the phone on the wall said to call 500 if no one was in the office. I did and no one answered. The sign then said to call 501. The man who answered at 501 asked why I called him instead of 500. When I answered that I did try 500 first, he hung up. Eventually he made his way to the front desk. One of the first things that he told us was that they only had a smoking room. My husband inquired about why we didn't get a non-smoking, and the worker said that just because we requested something didn't mean it was guaranteed. Before we could check in my husband and I both had to provide our IDs because he was going to run a background check to make sure that we weren't sex offenders..... I think most of the other patrons were men working away from home. We made it up to our room on the 4th floor on for our keys not to work. Back to the front desk to learn that he had programmed in the wrong number. Back up to our room and the keys still did not work. Once we got in our room is was basic, but clean and as advertised. On Day 2, our keys had been programmed for only 1 night, so we had to go back to the front desk. We left before 7 a.m., so we left our keys in the room and then called later. Hopefully they don't continue to charge us for that room!
