“I was running late due to a delayed train and I spoke to reception to explain I may not be there before reception closed. The very kind receptionist who spoke perfect English arranged to put the keys in a coded box for me on the outside of the property and then sent me the details of how to access the key. This was great service and a relief to me that I would not be locked out. In the event I made it to the hotel a few minutes before she left. The room itself was very bright and clean, great……

“Hotel moc pěkný, obsluha příjemná. Jen čistota pokoje nic moc. Ručníky nám nevyměnili i přes upozornění na recepci. (naštěstí jsme měli ručníky své) Odpadkový koš vynesen až na naše upozornění. Na pokoji koberec, který byl tak chlupatý a od vlasů, že jsme jej srolovali a se svolením slečny na recepci, z pokoje dali pryč. Za celou dobu pobytu se nekonal žádný úklid pokoje, koupelny ani toalety. O doplnění toaletního papíru jsme si taky museli říct. Zřejmě jsme měli jen smůlu... Ostatní služby……

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but my stay at this establishment was deeply disappointing from start to finish. While the building is a converted convent, the "charm" of the historical setting is completely overshadowed by poor management and a lack of basic hygiene.
