Perched upon the Kalapaki Cliffs, this location provides the ultimate indoor-outdoor island experience with stunning views of the ocean, Haupu Mountain Range, and Nawiliwili Harbor.

This modern loft style townhome comfortably accommodates 6 people and includes two oceanfront lanais and close to 2,000 square feet of interior space, with 12’ wall to wall sliding glass doors that tempt you outside to feel the Hawaiian Pacific Breezes. All bedrooms are located on separate floors for privacy with lavish spa en suite bathrooms.

The unique setting invites a relaxed beach lifestyle with easy access to surfing, paddle boarding and spectacular sunsets. Stroll to pristine beaches, resorts amenities and fine dining.

One of only 16 oceanfront homes nestled between Hokuala Timbers Resort Development and the Royal Sonesta Kauai Resort. "Spectacular" understates the beauty and design features of this cliffside home. We have stayed on the cliffs above Kalapaki before, but never in an accommodation as well designed, nor as beautiful as this home. Morning rains brought rainbows over coffee or tea on the lanai. Refreshing evening swims in the bay at low tide. Easy access to top rated restaurants from Kapa'a to Lihue, Koloa to Po'ipu, or create your own meals in a deeply stocked kitchen.Mahalo to Lisa and Dwight for allowing us to stay in this beautiful home

The home was beautiful and spotless clean! Fully stocked with any appliance or dish you might need! It served our family of four perfectly and we would love to stay again. We were not aware that there is living quarters below the home that is also rented out so it was to our surprise people were below us.

Spectacular

My wife and I visited for our 30th wedding anniversary. The home was amazing! Lisa was a fantastic communicator on everything we needed. Having the home so close to so many restaurants we were able to have options every meal. The lanai’s overlooking the bay and to sit and read or just drink a cup of coffee was perfect. And being in Lihue made it easy to travel to Princeville, or Waimea Canyon for a day trip.
