“Wonderful old inn. ”

“It was a cheap price and it shows. I won't be back. Floor felt sticky .it needs a remodel.”

“First I booked for two queen size beds we got doubles. There was no remote. We called and they didn’t bring one up. Saturday night we called again and they finally brought one up. The rooms were clean and nice. Just wanted what I paid for.”

“This visit was the second time I have been here. I have a small dog and the first room was so much more convenient to access outside doggy area. This time around, they decided to do a complete opposite and I ended up on 4th floor . If you’re booking a room with a dog, I would just be aware of that. The second thing is this time around. I had a walk-in shower instead of a bath tub. The knob for the hot water control was very confusing and at first, I thought it wasn’t working. They were really……

“My husband and I arrived early and were able to check in with no problem. The options for parking were clearly explained. We chose the municipal garage, as it is directly across the street. The room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. All staff, and especially Terry at the bar, were fabulous. Checkout was easy. We feel that the price for the location and service is a good value. We will return to this hotel when we stay in Portsmouth.”
