the only query I have on the hotel staff was on the last day I had at lunch time I asked the male man on the desk if he could give me Eurostar train times all I got from him was go to station but other than that all female staff was very good so he let my marking down

We are sorry that we couldn't help you with the eurostar train times. It is possible that our colleague advised you to go directly at the train station because it is more convenient for you if you wanted to book a journey and get more specific intel. Anyhow we apologise sincerely about this incident. We thank you for the really good notation in spite of that and are happy that we otherwise allowed you to spend a nice stay.
