Pros: FRIENDLINESS OF STAFF, SPACIOUS AND CLEAN COMFORTABLE ROOM. EXCELLENT BREAKFAST

hotel in city centre good for shops

the only query I have on the hotel staff was on the last day I had at lunch time I asked the male man on the desk if he could give me Eurostar train times all I got from him was go to station but other than that all female staff was very good so he let my marking down

It is possible that our colleague advised you to go directly at the train station because it is more convenient for you if you wanted to book a journey and get more specific intel. Nice hotel, 5 mins walk from Lille Flandres train station and 7 mins from Lille Europe. Helpful and happy staff. Clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable room. There was an error in the final bill which was later rectified by the hotel.

På 7 etasje er det fitnesrom det er bra

Location: Kort vei til shopping i Eurolille
Praktisk og sentralt med fitnesrom i 7 etasje. Bluetooth høytaler til mobil og kjøleskap er veldig praktisk. Personalet var oppriktig serviceinnstilt.

Dommage pour le petit déjeuner...

15min d'attente pour obtenir un café ou un thé. Salle bcp trop petite. Les 2 machines à café en panne et ce n'est pas le personnel qui devrait être mis en cause. Les gens de salle, trop peu nombreux, couraient dans tous les sens pour répondre au demandes. Faire la file pour obtenir un café dans un hôtel, plutôt digne d'une cantine. Dommage pour ce prix-là!!!
