Excellent!
This was a good location with great hosts. Easy walking to Barranco's central area and good options to get everywhere else. Room was nice, breakfast was good, and the staff were very helpful!

Hard to imagine a better B&B
Elizabeth and her team are exceptional, especially considering the 'Basic' B&B nature of the venue. I arrived on a late flight and as anyone who's traveled to Lima knows, the airport is, well, challenging. So after almost 90 minutes of waiting to get through immigration, it was almost 3am by the time I arrived at 3B. No problem. I love the fact that you have to bet buzzed in from the street, and they visually verify you before letting you in. It made me feel totally secure about leaving any valuables in my room. There's no safe. They did offer me a little lock box, but it's really just symbolic. Anyone could pick it up! But since they have strict rules about not letting anyone on the property unless they're registered, you can feel safe, whether you're there or not. All the staff are friendly and helpful with suggestions of where to go for shopping, touristic sites, places to eat, etc. It's in a terrific location, just a 10 minute walk to the center of Barranco, and maybe 20 minutes to Miraflores. They lent me a good quality bike to ride around town in, which I did every day. The breakfast is simple but tasty. The coffee is brewed strong (a good thing). The shower is good and has room for two. The bed is firm but comfy and they were quick to provide a fan as it was getting warm while I was there and they don't have A/C.

I had a brilliant and comfortable stay here, the hotel is exactly as advertised chic and basic. Room was clean and bright, breakfast was tasty and toiletries were good quality. The airport shuttle taxi is really reliable (decent price) and the hostesses are super helpful, friendly and kind. The location is really good, a few blocks down from a nice garden overlooking the Pacific and under 10 mins to the main part of Barranco (although there was a lot going on between this place and the main bit). I felt really safe in the area, and across the road theres a bar with a bouncer offering extra ‘assurance’ at night, the bar wasnt noisy at all.

Pleasant family owned hotel with clean and fairly modern rooms. We had room with patio that helped with ventilation since no fan. Very spacious! No breakfast included

If this was the reason why you rated us with a 4 instead of a 5 we will appreciate if you can ammend it. Well-located near parks and bars and restaurants, easy to walk around the area. Quiet and safe area too. Good value for a large room, breakfast was cooked to-order and was excellent. All staff members were very helpful.

During our stay in Peru we met several nice people and I can honestly say Elizabeth was the nicest person of all. She and her team really cared about our experience in Peru and were extremely helpful. I highly recommend 3Bs if you are interested in a clean/modern/quiet accommodations with a great location. We will certainly recommend 3Bs to all of our friends and family who travel to Lima.

Great Little B&B in Barranco
This was a really nice, modern and clean hotel in the barranco district. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Lima.

Really enjoyed staying at 3B. The overall hotel is cute and the rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided us with a map that was incredibly useful for our visit and gave recommendations on local restaurants. We also always felt safe. Would stay here again.

Clean, crisp, good design. VERY WEAK Internet. For those of us using WhatsApp to communicate, it doesn't give us the stability we need. But, for all else, a charming eco-aware basic but chic place in a great location for walking Barranco and Miraflores attractions [of which there are very many]

Really good hotel with an amazing manager!
Our stay at 3B was great! Location, staff and Carmen (the manager), and breakfast were perfect! Only detail, the rooms that are just above the living area are a little noisy but other than that, nothing to declare! 3B did not disappoint!

The staff were fantastic and very helpful. Room very clean. They work hard to keep ithe property immaculate. I liked that it is an independent, boutique-style hotel. Menu choices for breakfast were delicious. Very close to Malecón.

Everything about 3B is first class. The greeting upon arrival, the cleanliness and condition of the building. The location is convenient to restaurants, the beach, art, and parks. The most outstanding part of the experience was how 3B went out of their way to accommodate my wife who had been ill the day before in Cusco. They went above and beyond to make her comfortable since she was still not totally 100%. I've travelled a lot in my lifetime and I can't remember a better experience.

Absolute Gem in Barranco!
We loved 3B and would stay again in a heartbeat! Elizabeth was incredibly friendly, kind, and accommodating. The space was modern, artistic, very clean, and comfortable. Little touches of zen abound (flowers & trees, fountains, open windows, conscious toiletries, etc.), which made for a very relaxing home base during our Lima stay. Barranco and Miraflores are both fully walkable from this location. Morning breakfast is cooked to order, and delicious. They were even kind enough to make us ham sandwiches and juice to go the morning of our departure, to keep us fed before our 7 am flight. Would highly recommend, and would absolutely stay again.

Awesome! We stayed here three different times throughout our trip and the staff greeted us like family. It’s very comfy, not fancy but clean and modern and served all our needs perfectly. Walking distance to lots of great sights.

The staff were so helpful when we had to make a change in a hotel plans in another city. Funky, modern design. Breakfast was somewhat restricted ( you need to choose between several options). The room was great. The area is great. Easy access to Milaflores and bus lines. See also my review of Sofa Cafe on TripAdvisor. The first photo is of the nearby cliff and beach. Be sure to visit the Miseo Osma nearby.

Great spot!
You can tell they take pride in this place. Rooms are clean and breakfast was great. I especially want to complement the staff at the front desk. She was so helpful by helping us get to our next destination by making a few phone calls and ensuring we were looked after. She definitely went above and beyond. Thank you! I would stay here again!
