Grest hotel, great service and location. The breakfast buffet very nice and delicious with clean food like lots of fresh fruits, salads and even peruvian plates, as well as pancakes, breads, etc. The gym is great and have sauna. Like the service.

Location: Location is good for Business. Miraflores is better for leisure.
My previous experience last year was extremely pleasant. Not this time. I arrived at 6:15 AM they wanted to charge a full night early check in even though they had plenty of rooms available and ready to use. The only alternative they offered me with no charge was to wait until 3:00 PM official check in. After 15 minutes arguing, they called their supervisor she authorized a 20% discount over full rate. The next day after several emails and arguing with management, they refunded all the extra charges but they insisted that their policy is full fare if early check in before 8:00 AM and 50% before 12:00 AM. At check in I was not offered that, the only alternative I was offered was the 3:00 PM check in or pay. I did not find on Expedia nor on Atton website information regarding extra charges for check-in before 3:00 PM. Most Hotels cannot guarantee early check in without charge, but they do not charge additional fees if you just arrive early and they have rooms available. This is not the case here, unless you complain heavily like I did. I now know that some budget hotels do it, but first time in my life that a 4 star Hotel try to charge me an early check in fee. Only this past 12 months I have had around 10 early check ins in Hotels around the world with no additional charges. I think Expedia should update its information about this Hotel, stating more clearly they charge for early check-in before noon which is their official, but apparently unwritten policy.

Muy buen servicio como siempre. Como en mis otros comentarios, agregaría un poco mas de variedad en el buffet del desayuno. Para una estadía de más de 3 días se vuelve monótono.

Pros: Clean, modern.
Cons: Staff wasn't overly friendly or helpful.
Location: Not a great location for tourist travel.
Hotel was sterile and staff seemed apathetic compared to the local chains we stayed at in other cities in Peru. We arrived after 6pm on a Sunday night and everything around the hotel was closed down for the night. It cost us $78 U.S. to get to the hotel from the airport. Probably would be great for a buisness traveler, but not for a tourist. I would recommend staying in Miraflores instead as there is a lot more to do in that area.
