Good hotel but...

Overall a good hotel with a great location however I felt they tried to reap me off twice first with the breakfast (they claimed it wasn't included in my reservation and tried to charge me 60 pen or about $20 USD per person) and then when I asked for a taxi back to the airport they wanted 120 pen or about $40 usd which is double the amount that the already expensive airport taxis charge, so I called and Uber. After that, Rooms are large and comfortable location is great...... I've been to lima several times and after all I wouldn't go back to this hotel unless theres a super special or something like that

Great two and a half week stay!

Pros: Extremely friendly staff and located close to a ton of shops and restaurants.
Cons: Faster internet speed in the computer room. There is a pay for option for faster WiFi through the hotel but I don't think it was available in the room
Location: Only a few blocks from Kennedy Park, also from Av Jose Larco which leads to Larcomar (about 10 min walk). Tons of shops and restaurants in the area
My dad and I stayed here for two weeks, we had an amazing time here. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, especially the house keeping manager Leslie Sanchez who was extremely helpful and accommodating. They really made our stay feel like a home away from home. The location was great as well, located just a few blocks from major roads (where there are a ton of shops and restaurants) and Kennedy Park. There are a ton of shops on the way to said major roads as well. My only gripe would be the pretty slow internet service in the computer room, even though it said it was connected to a high speed connection; but it provided a good enough connection being as it is provided free 24/7.

Lovely place, excellent location, staff, room. Great pisco sours! Free upgrade for us to a suite too!

Beautiful hotel, great service, wonderful buffet. Would've stayed longer if a room had been available, but alas had to move to a nearby hotel. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Beautiful Hotel in Miraflores

Pros: My wife and I appreciated the professionalism and service of the hotel staff, as well as the serene and secure ambiance of the hotel.
Cons: We can think of nothing to improve about this hotel. An A+ experience all around.
Location: The hotel is located within walking distance of the heart of Miraflores, near many restaurants and shops.
My wife and I couldn't have been happier with our experience at Casa Andina. We had just left a hostel in downtown Lima because we had begun fearing for our lives there; we headed to Miraflores without even having a place to stay yet. In the taxi we used the Expedia app to find a room somewhere in Miraflores...literally anywhere would have been better (and safer) than where we had been. The first place we found with good ratings was Casa Andina, so we booked it without a second thought. We just needed a room to stay in; nothing more. What we got was so much more! We were immediately greeted by staff who opened our taxi doors for us and spoke to us in perfect English (not necessary, but a plus). We were shown to our room by a bellhop who helped us with our luggage. The room was not only clean but elegant and beautiful, decorated with a modern twist on traditional Peruvian architecture. Chocolates and a bottle of Malbec adorned our table. The room was wonderfully quiet; we weren't bothered once by a single noise throughout our stay and we got an excellent night's sleep. Our sleep was helped by the overall feeling of SECURITY, which was very appreciated after a previous night in another hostel. On top of it all, free breakfast was included with our reservation...at an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet at the adjacent restaurant downstairs! Nice. The staff operated with utmost professionalism and care, calling taxis as needed and fulfilling our every need.

Reception and concierge staff helpful, friendly

Pros: Rooms spacious and very clean
Cons: Restaurant menu and food a little disappointing.
Location: Good, safe location with good shops and restaurants in the area.
I stayed here three separate times over the course of a month. Staff always friendly and efficient. Concierge staff very helpful in assisting me to contact agencies and in organizing travel. The rooms were always clean with good facilities. I particularly appreciated the assistance with getting my card back after the ATM confiscated it.

Great location, beautiful hotel.

Pros: Proximity to shopping and restaurants. Safe area.
We selected this hotel for proximity to the park area in Miraflores. The check in process was smooth and efficient. We were upgraded to a King size bed on an upper floor because of VIP Expedia status. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was VERY spacious. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Proximity to shopping and restaurants was excellent. Unfortunately we were here only one night and had a VERY early flight so were unable to taste the breakfast.

Excellent location, comfort and service

Pros: The hotel is in a great location just a couple of blocks back from the Parque Kennedy in Miraflores. The breakfasts are wonderful and the staff so hel
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Nearby there are shops, cinemas, parks, the sea, restaurants. Easy to get into town from here by taxi.
I always love coming back to this hotel - everything about it is perfect and the pool/spa much appreciated.

Great hotel great staff

I arrived very early in the morning at 8am the day of my check out due to travel delays,I only had 4 hours till checkout, the receptionist was amazing she gave me a late check out so I could sleep a few extra hours. I was impressed and very much apprected the late check out... thank you very much..
