Fine I guess. Underwhelming.

Location is great. Staff was friendly but not horribly helpful. First at breakfast I had to go get someone to get some coffee after sitting there 10-15 minutes with people walking past me multiple times. Then I had to leave my bags for the day and they tagged them and then just left them in the middle of the lobby for 15-20 minutes while I sat near and watched. Finally I had to ask someone to put them away so I could leave without worrying. Room was fine, but there was a banging noise I could never figure out that went on all night and I paid half that amount for equivalent rooms throughout Peru. I wouldn't tell someone not to stay there, but wouldn't recommend either.

Nice hotel, walking distance to shops and food

This hotel is clean and close to restaurants and shopping for clothes and crafts souvenir. There's a hair salon on the 11th floor too and I had a blow dry for a reasonable time. Unfortunately the alarm in the room next door kept waking me up two times in a row and I had to call someone after 5:00 am on both days. No free wifi in the room but there are spots in the hotel where it is available. Try Rafael about 6 blocks away for fine dining if you can reserve.

Hotel agradable pero le falta

Pros: Es moderno y bien ubicado. El personal es amable pero negligente al atender el teléfono y en el servicio del restaurante.
Cons: La atención del teléfono de la recepción por la noche. La calidad del Café.
El hotel es agradable, en una buena zona, segura, pero es ruidoso, se escucha cuando hablan en la habitación de al lado. En recepción no responden de noche, tuve que bajar a las 3 am a pedir que solicitaran silencio en la habitación de al lado. Cuenta con un buen restaurante pero el desayuno es aburrido y siempre lo mismo. No vi como ingresar aire fresco a la habtación, me parece que hay acondicionador de aire pero no ventilación. Los colchones no son buenos, la ducha con bañera es incomoda. Mucho turista ruidoso, no parece apto para viajeros de trabajo.

El hotel se encuentra ubicado a cuadras de la via principal de acceso a Lima por el barrio Miraflores. Cerca de zona gastronomica y del malecon.

horrible service

Even though the location is great and the facilities are nice, the service was horrible specially for a *4 star* they didnt even get a taxi for us

Great Miraflores location and extremely accommodating for a flight departure at night after a morning checkout. This property easily exceeded our expectations!!

Charmless tour group/business hotel.

Pros: Was cheap, clean.
Cons: Not much, given target clientele.
Location: Heart of Miraflores. Lots to do!
Hotel was eminently functional, but devoid of charm. Obviously popular with tour groups and visiting football (soccer) teams. It reminds me of a basic business/transit hotel near any airport or business park in the US. Staff were very nice, professional, room was clean, restaurant had a couple of good dishes... but often supper crowded with tour group guests. Free wireless in lobby, and paid fast wireless in rooms.
