Convenient location in nice neighborhood. Great executive floor. Front desk very helpful. Rooms very clean. Good brunch.

very good hotel

it was a great experience. the hotel facility was in great condition. the room was ample and comfortable. Moreover, the room was equipped with air-condition and heat. the bathroom was also big and spacious.

Los defines experience

No air condition for 1 night, the air condition have sound, the carpet of the hallway are very bad, the bathroom is old, in general the first floor of the hotel (lobby) is nice and the neighborhood is very nice.

Good business hotel in San Isidro. Large and impersonal, but with all the facilities. Service is pleasant and professional.

A business hotel in a quiet neighborhood

This hotel is a reasonable value. The property is located in a safe residential area of Lima, including several Embassies. The staff is helpful but the property is slightly outdated. Rooms are nicely appointed and the neighborhood is quite which is a plus in South America. The restaurant serves excellent food but can get busy at times, especially for breakfast. The staff is very helpful but that is what I have come to expect in Peru.

Lima trip

Great front desk staff. Fantastic room service staff. Good breakfast choices tho no omlette station. Located in the business district not too far from the airport or museums. A nice upscale hotel overall.

Poor service

They refused to check me in before 3pm unless I paid an additional US$80 (2/3 of the entire room rate!). Generally front desk service was poor.
