The location of this hotel is amazing, right in front of the golf course and the Country Club. We got an upgrade to a bedroom with amazing golf course views thanks to be Expedia Gold members. The hotel is a little outdated and would need some renovations soon to look more modern. The gym is basic and also needs an update. I got a massage at the spa with Lucy, she was amazing, I finished super relaxed. Breakfast buffet is good, there is enough to start the day full. We had dinner one night and food was excellent. Staff was very polite and warm

The property was very nice love the staff always eager to help. Also the rooms are very nice not sure what was my vip package upgrade however it was a very nice experience over all.

Everything was good except the pillows in the room were very uncomfortable. Michael in concierge was great and provided the best options for dining and tours! Surely went above and beyond. Same with Cesar from sales! We would Feinstein stay here again!

Nice hotel but... bar closes early and open late, room air conditioner sounds like a rocket, meat used in breakfast is not proper for the food (e.g. lomo saltado one)

The hotel is nice, the area is very nice but the staff that cleans the rooms are terrible...they just don't put anything in order...they just do the bed and YOU have to do the rest...even the pillows are not back in the bed when they do the beds...not good they are suppose to clean and put things in order...I left the iron on the bathroom as it was hot and I found it there..aren't they suppose to put it back on its place? And like this other things..rest of the staff is nice but the ones for the rooms are lazy!!!!!

El hotel es muy lindo y muy bien ubicado, solo que veo que tienen un problema en general tiene pérdida de agua en los baños. En la segunda vez que me alojo en poco tiempo y el baño no deja de hacer ruido toda la noche y todo el tiempo.

Honeymoon Stay
My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We booked the deluxe suite which was quite spacious. The hotel was clean, the facilities were great and the staff were pleasant. My only complaint was that it was not made clear that you would be charged extra for the snacks and wines that are provided in the room.

Excellent hotel, good location, attentive employees, the room is large and spacious. The only thing that I would change are the mattresses because they are hard and the bathroom tub that is out of date.

Horrible I'm going to request my money back. They don't have a Valet parking, My room was not the one that I reserved, wen I called to see what happened, they told me that they don't have any other room available, but I was never notified about it. And the he start asking me about my immigration status, I told him that that is not his business and then he said that it was in order to not charge me taxes for the room. I was never notify of any extra charges at the counter. They only told me that everything was cover by Expedia, so I said that I will not pay anything extra since I was never notify about that during the check in. And then the person over the phone treat me saying "will see", so at that point I asked for his supervisor, and he said that there is no supervisor at the hotel, they will come in the morning. I couldn't believe that the whole hotel there was no supervisor available, they tols me that they can only transfer me with security... Unbelievable.

The gym was outdated, it could improve. The room where we stayed was in an area of the hotel where it was very very noisy. External noise. Other than that everything was good , the staff was helpful and friendly.

Such a beautiful, clean place!!
So clean and they were very conscious about protecting their customers against covid. The staff was so nice and helpful!! We loved the beautiful property and the food was great too!! Would definitely recommend!!
