Good location in Miraflores. Small room with old carpets that need replacement. We stayed there just for one night which was ok for the price we got. For longer stays, I would not recommend this place.

Nice Inexpensive Hotel in Miraflores

Pros: Location, walkability, safety, free breakfast, free wifi, price
Cons: Gym could use a little work, but that's just a minor complaint
Location: Very walkable, close to the coast and all of the touristy things in Miraflores
Great quality hotel for the price. My brother and I traveled for a week for vacation to Peru. Hotel staff helped us arrange transportation to airport and print boarding passes. Free breakfast everyday. Great location. Very clean.

Good location

Pros: location(safe area)
Cons: Spotty Wi-Fi
Location: Beautiful boardwalk that oversees The Pacific Ocean. Lots of nice restaurants and shopping.
Located in Miraflores, at walking distance to the Larcomar Mall and lots of restaurants. Beautiful and safe area. The rooms however, looked old in need of an update, beds were comfortable,though . Some of the bathrooms fixtures were rusty and dated. Staff was very helpful .Good breakfast,as well.

外部工事音のやかましさ

Location: 場所は良いが部屋のマドからの景色は近隣の汚い 屋上が見えるだけで最悪。
部屋の近くで改装工事を行っており、8時00~17時00位まで工事音が部屋内に響き、部屋内に居られなかった。防音設備はなく、ガラス一枚又カーテンが完全に閉まりきられないようにストッパーを設けられており、その間のガラス部から音が響き渡っていた。なぜカーテンに細工を行っったか最悪。 フロントマンが早口な英語をしゃべりまくり、ゆっくりとお願いするが変わらずにしゃべりくるっていた。女性の方はゆっくりに丁寧な英語で会話ができたが、差がありすぎ。 シャワーの温水がなかなか出てこないし又少量。エレベーターの音が半端無く部屋に響き渡っていた。 全ての設備・ホテルマンの態度等、今までエクスペヂア手配で宿泊したホテルで最悪である。 滞在3日間で我慢の限界であった。 ホテル側に改善要望を出すべき。

Very nice staff, the room had cloth on one drawer that someone left behind Very well located in Miraflores, four blocks away from Larcomar.

This hotel is a fraud!!!

Pros: Nothing!!!
Cons: Because of the deceptive ad we saw about this hotel, which was all lies - we had a terrible vacation. You need to change your policy to give refunds.
The main reason that we stayed at this hotel was that it advertised that it had a pool. What a lie!!! What it had was a hole not much bigger than a bathtub. It couldn't even fit two people comfortably, much less be able to actually swim in it. And - when we got there, it didn't even have water in it. They had to fill it up with water; and even after that - it was nasty and dirty. If you look at the pictures on your website, it looks like it's a huge, beautiful pool --- very deceptive! And - it was all the way up on the 7th floor, but guess what --- the elevator was not working!! So, you had to climb the stairs all the way up - to get to a tiny little, dirty bathtub that could not really be described as a pool. So disappointed. I am also very, very upset with Expedia's policy of "non-refundable" because of that we were stuck in this terrible hotel for a whole week. Believe me, once we saw what was really going on (no pool, no elevator, etc.) - we would have left and went to another hotel, but we couldn't because we could not get a refund from Expedia. That policy needs to be changed - because if you go to a place like this and find out that all the pictures about it were lies, and find out all the stuff wrong - you should be able to switch hotels. Having to stay here ruined our whole vacation. Electricity went off nearly every day - leaving us with no TV, air conditioner, etc. Every day they kept telling us the elevator was getting fixed, but it never did.

Please send us an email with all your information explaining your situation during your stay and we will get back to you. We had a period of emergency at the hotel in which we needed to cut the electricity for the safety of our guests. The emergency was because of a problem with the elevator and we were force to wait until the company repair the elevator. Pool has been in maintenance for 3 days so if you stay with us for a week I am sure you were able to use our pool. About the non-refunding policy I would like to mention you that because of the emergency, we did refund our guest who were affected by the emergency at the hotel. I would also like to let you know that the problem has been solved and we are running the hotel normally, with all it services ( elevator, pool, air condition, tv, etc.) Have a great week and once again thanks for your comments.

One of the dirty hotel

it was very different than pictures. room was too dark and something bad smell .... I don't want to recommend anyone. also if you are planning to use hotel restaurant you will be wait for 2 hr. looks like server do the cook n serving n everything.
