Super nice hotel with great service

though I've been many times in Lima this was my first time a the Hilton. I'm extremely happy with my experience at the hotel. When I first checked in I just went to my room to drop my bagas and leave for a meeting. When I came back I noticed I had a room for people with disabilities, which meant that I didn't get a bathtub, it was kind of dissappointing. However, the hotel Manager called me and offer me another room, at the end I didn't switch rooms because I was on a tight schedule, but I did get a nice platter of sweat treats! That showed me that the hotel does care about their guests.
Not having a bathtub was my only complain about the room, because the it was not only nicely decorated but very spacious, the bed had a super comfy mattress, you get plenty of pillows, very comfy as well. The rooms are super quiet, you don't get to hear a peep from other guests.
With respect to food, it just delicious, I tried the room service, breakfast buffet, lunch and the coffee breaks of a seminar that we were having at the hotel. The presentation and the taste were just exquisite.
The staff is super friendly, for instance one of their bellmans, Benjamin, was always very attentive to my party's needs. If you're travelling for work, it's just the perfect location, the internet connection is very good, the business center available 24/7 and they even have small rooms where you can have teleconferences. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
