Beautiful hotel overlooking the ocean

Great hotel in a beautiful setting centrally located. I was particularly impressed with the quality of service. Staff always willing to go above and beyond to please us. I highly recommend this place to anybody planning to visit Lima

Great Staff, great facilities, great location

We had a wonderful experience at JW Marriott Lima. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is very well maintained with great facilities. The location is very convenient.

very nice hotel

Staff at hotel very nice. It is close to beach and the Larcomar (a shopping mall built into cliff side). Concierge staff very helpful. Very nice sushi and ceviche restaurant in the hotel. Very safe area of town. Breakfast buffet very nice as well.

I've had better for cheaper

The pool was closed and was going to be closed for 1 week, the roof in our room had stains, our view was pretty ok, but I really expected better for the price I payed. I usually stay at the Westin in Lima which I recommend, its cheaper, more modern and their spa/pool is amazing. The food at Marriot was delicious though! And the staff actually gave us a free dinner for all the inconveniences we had. But I really expected a better experience for the price I payed. And really this will be the last time I stay here.

Great location & service

Pros: Location; service; food; comfort; history
Location: Close to most of the main historical sites. Very safe for walking.
Spent 4 nights. Did not run out of things to see and do and staff was excellent!

Work stay.

I was traveling for work and while my job wanted to put me up in another place, other colleagues recommended that I stay here instead. I wasn't disappointed. The only issue that I had was the cost of the breakfast and the lines that were there for the front desk. Everything else went perfectly.
