Good hotel

It's under construction surfing my stay but a solid experience. Good location and friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty good ... Specially if your vegan or vegetarian!

The hotel close to the street but not the beach

We arrived the time period of the construction, new apartment, the paitimg smell terrible at night.

Pros: Breakfast, remodeled room
Location: Parque del amor, handcrafts, restaurants.
Great location, one block from Ricardo Palma avenue. excellent breakfast.

Excelent location on Miraflores neighborhood

Location: It is close to Parque Central de Miraflores. The main restaurants, bars, malls and stores are nearby.
This hotel has an excelent location on Miraflores neighborhood, Lima district, in Peru. It is not a fancy hotel, but it is confort, with a large room and a large bed. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Breakfast doesn't have many options, but it is tasty and well done. The wi-fi provided is not that fast, but it serves fine.

Nice hotel but front desk staff not helpful

We arrived to the hotel and the front desk agent told us they didn't had availability on the room we booked and didn't offered us any suitable solution for our stay (transfer us to another hotel). When we were about to leave she realized she did had a room and offered it to us (but we had to insist her to look for it). We almost didn't had a room for our stay and we weren't offered any suitable solution for this overbooking issue.

Reviewing the history of reservations, his last minute we fall, if we had the room available but no proper beds accommodation that is all double twin rooms were no marriage. the cameras were reviewed during his time in reception and noticed his expression surprised nor did we see you are approaching the door to leave. During his time at reception command to put a convertible room and give it to the marriage you requested. Our staff if I solved the problem at the time. It was not oversold and we had to change hotel. We hope to serve them again at the next opportunity

The king sized bed was appreciated, as it's often not an option in Peru. We ended up not taking their airport shuttle service, as they unfortunately required payment before leaving Canada and used a taxi instead.

The overall experience was good. Unfortunately, the hotel was under construction which meant there was a lot of noise between the 10am until 6pm...there was no chance to take a nap or relax during that time in your room...The good thing I had no time to stay during the day with all the sight seeing and visiting family around Lima.

Pros: The location and staff.
Cons: the breakfast need more variaty,always is the same.
Location: you can walk and shopping .
The staff are friendly and nice.The location is perfect,but the hotel is old i think need renovation. I was disappointing with the 10% they charged me,that never happened to me before in others hotel in Lima .

In April we started a project of total renovation of the rooms which will be ready soon and you can see the changes in the different websites. 10% service is a local tax for services received replacing tip, is charged in hotels and restaurants, it is clearly specified in the web monent your purchase online.
