My first Choice

We have stayed at Mariel before and this is our go to Hotel each time we stay in Miraflores. The hotel is centrally located, the rooms are very comfortable, and the staff are extremely helpful, friendly and bilingual.

Quiet location but close proximity to everything

Pros: Quiet location but within close proximity to endless restaurants, bars and busy/entertaining park that showcased music, dancing and polite vendors.
Cons: Housekeeping; no floor towel/mat was provided after the used one was taken for laundering; no rags or hair conditioner were provided either.
Location: Less than a five minute walk leads to endless shopping, restaurants, bars and busy/entertaining park that showcased music, dancing and polite vendors
Great location! Helpful staff led to good experience despite language barrier. Clean, comfortable and spacious room and shower; as an avid consumer of hot tea, was pleased that on most occasions of my six day stay, complimentary hot water and tea bags were readily available in the lobby; they tended to run out of hot water and cups later in the night.

Right in the middle of the action

When arriving in Peru at 03:00am I arrived at my hotel to find out they didn't have my reservation and all the rooms were full, naturally my heart began to sank and I was wondering what in the world I was going to do. I proved that I paid for a room by showing hem my Expedia email, afterwards they upgraded me to an apartment which was fantastic at no extra cost. Nothing but good words for this hotel.

Good hotel

It's under construction surfing my stay but a solid experience. Good location and friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty good ... Specially if your vegan or vegetarian!

The hotel close to the street but not the beach

Location: Parque del amor, handcrafts, restaurants.
Great location, one block from Ricardo Palma avenue. excellent breakfast.

Excelent location on Miraflores neighborhood

Location: It is close to Parque Central de Miraflores. The main restaurants, bars, malls and stores are nearby.
This hotel has an excelent location on Miraflores neighborhood, Lima district, in Peru. It is not a fancy hotel, but it is confort, with a large room and a large bed. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Breakfast doesn't have many options, but it is tasty and well done. The wi-fi provided is not that fast, but it serves fine.

Nice hotel but front desk staff not helpful

We arrived to the hotel and the front desk agent told us they didn't had availability on the room we booked and didn't offered us any suitable solution for our stay (transfer us to another hotel). When we were about to leave she realized she did had a room and offered it to us (but we had to insist her to look for it). We almost didn't had a room for our stay and we weren't offered any suitable solution for this overbooking issue.

Reviewing the history of reservations, his last minute we fall, if we had the room available but no proper beds accommodation that is all double twin rooms were no marriage. the cameras were reviewed during his time in reception and noticed his expression surprised nor did we see you are approaching the door to leave. During his time at reception command to put a convertible room and give it to the marriage you requested. Our staff if I solved the problem at the time. It was not oversold and we had to change hotel. We hope to serve them again at the next opportunity
