Hotel, needs an urgent remodelation. Had to ask for a change of room because it was to noicy and in bad shape.

Very nice hotel, conveniently located!!

Pros: Location, location, location
Cons: The only thing I could say about improvement is the shower, the pressure of water is weak.
I had a great time in this hotel. It is conveniently located in a nice area, across a very nice mall that has everything!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone - Room 1010 is great!

Pésimo Internet, abusivas tarifas de telefonía

Mal. El hotel está un poco lejos; Internet es pésimo y, por lo tanto, no sirve para otra cosa que no sea mandar y recibir mails. Pero lo peor, lejos, es el precio de las llamadas locales. Las cobran USD1.20 por minuto cuando el costo real es de S/0.10 el minuto. Está bien que cobren un surplus sobre el costo, pero la tarifa es confiscatoria y abusiva. Protesté. Qué logré? Una rebaja del 50%, apenas. Se abusaron y, encima, cuando me tendrían que haber devuelto el 90% de lo que me quisieron cargar, sólo me rebajaron el 50%. En fin, para un hotel mediocre, en una zona mediocre, una tarifa telefónica abusiva y un Internet para navegación inexistente.

Alle gute Hotels in Peru sind viel zu teuer im Verhältnis zu den Lebenskosten im Land. Hotel Melia ist veraltet aber bietet das notwendige Service. Die Türen und Fenster isolieren sehr schlecht, was im Pero besonders wichtig wäre.

Pleasant, short stay

This was a one night in between places. It was pleasant, and he service was very good. The room was very clean and comfortable. My only observation: for this kind of hotel, all rooms should have a coffee maker. I found out that only the deluxe rooms had one. All in all, stay was very good, but I don't recommend it for people who want to explore Lima, unless they choose to always take taxis or other means of transportation.

Decepcionante

Muy lejos de la calidad de otros hoteles Meliá, y muy lejos de lo que ofrecen otros Hoteles de negocios en Lima. El hotel habitual al que acudo en Lima estaba completo y y opté por el Meliá. A pesar de esta alojado en The Level, la planta Ejecutiva de Meliá, la experiencia no fue agradable. El desayuno en el comedor de The Level, es más propio de un hotel de dos estrellas, con una oferta muy reducida y simple. La presión del agua de la ducha en mi piso, el último, era insignificante, apenas un hilo de agua. Intenté abrir la ventana para ventilar la habitación ya que la habitación olía a cerrado, y me quedé con la llave en la mano. No pude tampoco hacer el check out en The Level ya que simplemente no había nadie a las 7 de la mañana. En fin, un desastre y poco recomendable para el viajero de negocios medianamente exigente.

Bem localizado, mas serve somente para dormir

Pros: Localizacao e atendimento do frontdesk.
Cons: Estacionamento maior.
Location: Fica perto de varios restaurantes e do aeroporto de MIA.
Nao espere nada alem de dormir neste hotel. Fica proximo ao aeroporto e tem estacionamento pequeno que as vezes fica lotado. O barulho nos corredores eh insuportavel, cheio de criancas e bebes chorando todo o dia.
