When I made my reservation with the Radisson hotel I chose a King size bed and when I got there I got two small beds. I was told that there were no more king size bed which is hard to believe when the building is 7 stories. I felt deceived. Perhaps it was due to the fact that we are a same-sex couple. Once I checked into the room I checked back on Expedia to see if they didn't have a room with the correct bedsize for that night and guess what I found? They were advertising availability of a room with a king size bed. We would never stay in this place again.

On behalf of the entire staff at Radisson Hotel & Suites San Isidro I would like to appologize for the concern you shared, I would also like to comment that we always make everything in our hands to change the type of room on request based on availability. Unfortunatelly, we didn't have the type of room of your preference on your arrival day.
