This place is just like none others. It is absolutely fabulous. Monumental art rt is everywhere. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. A Peruvian Gaudi and Waking Castle like paradise.

We LOVED it here, perhaps the most magical place I’ve ever stayed, beautiful building, sea view, art and sculptures everywhere in a safe and interesting neighbourhood with lovely bars and restaurants. Staff were all lovely. Wake up to the sound of the ocean in the characterful old house with lovely gardens and pool

Possibly the most beautiful property I’ve ever stayed at, in a lovely location. Perfect view of the ocean from the room, really delicious breakfast, and stunning artwork. Barranco is probably the nicest part of Lima.

What an amazing place. I enjoyed my stay here tremendously. The breakfast was wonderful, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms and galleries and gardens were lovely. Barranco is a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and easy access to the beach. And, if you like art, this is a paradise. Victor Delfin's work decorates and enhances all the spaces inside and out. Five stars for this great bed and breakfast.

Staying here was so special. The property is out of a fairy tale, filled with magic and art. And the rooms have spectacular views overlooking the ocean. was lucky enough to meet Mr Delfin and see his studio. This guest house is one of my favorite places I have ever visited! I will definitely be back!

This property is in a wonderful neighborhood with ocean views and a nice green space/park nearby. The hotel is beautiful and unique with interesting art everywhere. I originally booked a room with access to the terrace but ended up switching to a garden view as the room itself had more windows/natural light and there are lots of other decks and outdoor space to enjoy. Staff were very accommodating and held my bags after I checked out until I was ready to go to the airport. A wonderful two night stay.

Wonderful location
The location is perfect! View of the ocean from our room was wonderful. Close to many shops and cafes. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. The art gallery was lovely.

Thanks to Luis who made my stay a pleasure. Second home is exactly that..full of artworks from a well known artist who established the hotel.An older building with old fashioned charm, lovely grounds and great views. Barranco is also a great district to stay. I will happily recommend.

This was a return visit, and while the first visit remained so special in our memories, it was just as wonderful this time. The beautiful home located in a delightful neighborhood, with exquisite art, kind and caring host and staff make this a must stay for anyone visiting the area.Oh, and did I mention the views and the sound of the crashing waves?? Through Expedia we prepaid a twin-bed room on the way driving to Lima around 4pm and arriving at the B&B around 7pm. We got an email from the staff Luis providing airport pick-up service. However, the host did not know our arrival when we rang the bell at the entrance which made us feel unwelcomed. The beautiful main building sits in a pretty garden along a quiet street of downtown Barranco facing the sea, which is a kind of heritage over a hundred years old and needs some update for comfort. The breakfast is warm and homey. The gallery is great. Free parking is good.

Charming and Quaint!
There's a reason why this place has so many positive remarks...they're all true! Just a fantastic home filled with all the creative treasure from famed Peruvian artist, Victor Delfin. Located in the safe neighborhood of Barranca, you are next to all kinds of great things to do...cafes, restaurants, sites and most important surfing!
