Good location, close to the coast, walking distance from local ruins and the shops. Good for exploring Miraflores.
Lima was cold in August - the hotel has no heating. Our room was on the 5th floor, a family room with 4 beds, but was horribly cold, damp and smelly, probably because one wall didn't extend to the ceiling, so was open to a balcony outside which couldn't be closed off. The elevator only extends to the 4th floor, so we had to carry cases up a staircase to reach our room.
But, the staff were really sweet and helpful. Luckily we were only booked for 2 nights. It's probably ok in the summer!
