I have stayed in mist of the 5* hotels in Lima and I can say please avoid Swiss Hotel for the reasons below.
Firstly reception kept us waiting fro 45min until they gave us our room. We where woken up by concierge who dialled the wrong number at 7:30am. Finally my partner took the hotel iPhone charge by mistake and they where charging us $350 for it. Staff weren't that friendly and hotels looks tired.

Unfortunately, without having more information about you, I am unable to comment on your particular experience. I can say that there are times when, if a guest arrives prior to our guaranteed check-in time, our Housekeeping team may not have finished cleaning all rooms and a small delay might occur. In regards to the iPhone charger, we are more than happy to lend chargers out to our guests. Having said that, we expect them back so we can help future guests, so if anyone unwillingly takes a charger, we place a S/.225 soles charge to replace it and inform them of it -in case they are able to return it to us-.
I am sorry if your stay at our hotel did not meet your expectations; we would like to see you again and have an opportunity to mend your perception of our hotel.
