Dear Thelmo, First of all, I want to thank you for choosing us for your stay in Lima and also for using this medium to share details of your recent experience with us We regret not having been able to extend you with a quality experience. However, no concerns were registered or filed with the staff during your stay that would have allowed us to take immediate action to address the issues you raise. As you cite, some of our services continue to be affected by the new protocols in place due the pandemic situation in the world, of course this situation is no excuse for the failure of the quality of service offered by our staff. Customarily we make every effort to make our guest enjoy a pleasant and exclusive experience. Be certain that we are taking all your observations seriously and will be analyzed to mend all areas that require improvement. We are concerned about your comment regarding the atmosphere in the Bar area since this facility closes sharply at 23:00 and we have a strong policy against serving intoxicated patrons. Again, no reports were filed with the staff and therefore we have no way of tracing the incidents you relate. Finally, in reviewing our files we find no record of you staying in our hotel in the last few years which would have helped us in offering you a more personalized stay at our hotel.
