Trip to Cusco

Posted Apr 23, 2017
On our way to Cusco, we stayed the night. The hotel is average by American standards, but for us the rooms are to loud for A good night sleep. We were on the side facing the airport, with the taxi street between us. It was very loud all night long. After a long flight and arriving at 1 o'clock in the morning this was not the experience we are hoping for.

Worn-looking hotel. Definitely needs a facelift.

Needs renovation badly. Carpet in room was patched. The only reason to stay here is its proximity to the airport.

Okay in a pinch

The Convenient location at the airport is good for early flights. The decor and amenities were in line with what you would expect from a modern hotel chain. Had helpful interactions with concierge, restaurant and bar staff. The front desk staff was not friendly. They seemed to distrust guests. The combative nature of their interactions colored the entire stay.

Nice and located in front of the departing gate!!

Pros: Proximity, friendliness and good breakfast
Cons: Add more art and color inside the rooms
Location: Good stay by the airport. Not much you can do unless you take transportation. It is - 40 minutes by car from the city center
Good choice of a hotel when staying overnight in Lima. The room was very quite and the breakfast food was great. Highly recommended.

convenient

Posted Apr 6, 2017
Pros: convenience
Cons: Food, service, water
Location: Airport, airport, airport
Take the skybridge over the airport traffic directly to the hotel. Extremely convenient. Taxi stand in airport may try to sell you a taxi ride there but that is ridiculous as it is right across the street. Only reason to stay here would be convenience to the airport. Also, the only post office in Lima that was opened (due to strike that had gone on for 2 mo.) was at the airport. Food is okay. Service is cold. Don't drink the water from the tap; drink only bottled water to avoid tourista.

Hotel is conveniently located across the airport

Posted Apr 2, 2017
Pros: Access to the airport on both ground floor and second floor is a plus.
Location: Nothing much, except window shopping at the airport.
The hotel charge includes a free breakfast. The hotel can offer some flexibility to customers where they can opt to have a meal (up to $x) instead of breakfast when customers have expressly indicated that they will check out by midnight. When we booked the room via expedia.ca, we had clicked 2 customers. However, on confirmation, the webpage somehow defaulted it back to one. It was an oversight on our part for not double checking upon confirmation. Nevertheless, we feel that charging an additional US 40.50 as penalty is a bit excessive.

Very convenient to Airport

Posted Mar 22, 2017
Pros: Location
Location: The airport is a minute walk across a sky bridge, and the hotel is inside the secure airport perimeter. The nearby area of Callao has little to offer.
Excellent location when one has an early morning flight from Lima, no need to deal with the hideous traffic in Callao. Decent facility, clean and well-maintained, but nothing special otherwise, It would not be a good hotel for a long stay as it is rather far from Lima's business centers, but I strongly recommend it for those arriving on an afternoon domestic flight and leaving on an international flight the next morning. The restaurant offers good menu choices at reasonable prices.
