The staff was basically unable to describe the location of the parking. They could not communicate, or apparently understand, north-south-east-west. Nice enough inside. Breakfast was good, but probably overpriced. Bathroom in the room was very dark, and made using the mirror almost impossible.

The girls working the front desk. Were amazing....i arrived very early on an International flight, they did everything they could to get my room ready for a early check in!!!

Excellent location
We enjoyed our stay, hotel comfortable and excellent location. However I would say the room we had was too dark, too much black everywhere, trendy I know. But not good for vision. Also the step in our room was too dangerous going from bed area to bathroom area. I would stay again, but hopefully in a room with less hazards.

Restaurant very expensive and considers itself exclusive, so plan ahead, otherwise you double the cost of your stay, Reception very helpful and friendly

The hotel was nice but it was not clean and a lot of things we’re not in a good condition, like the shower. The room looks good but it wasn’t clean. The toilets had a really bad smell and it was not properly clean. One of the coffee glass was still dirty. For a 4 stars hotel I think it’s not acceptable. And I paid for a late checkout, we couldn’t enter our room after 11am (after we went out), but after we went to tell them, they activated the card again. Overall, for the price, it was really disappointing. I’m glad I only stayed one night because personally I wouldn’t stay in there a week.

Very modern design hotel
Just a one night stay for a visit to an exhibition at C-mine. The room design based on the coalmine history of Genk was maybe a bit too coal black, but funny in a way also. It took me a while to figure out all the lightning settings to get enough light in the right places. But overall very comfortable. A suprising place for the bathtub: not in the bathroom, but combined with a big table behind the bed.

Great hotel in Genk
Nice stay in Genk central to restaurants, close to train station and park. Staff was very friendly. One weird part was temperature for rooms was controlled from the front desk but I didn’t need to get it changed.

The temperature in every room can be modified from within the room. But we have noticed that not every guest can figure out the controls so most can't get their room temperature changed to how they like it. Therefor, we recommend our guests to call the reception, so we can modify it for you so that you can still enjoy a nice and cold or a hot and cosy room. Cool Modern Upscale Hotel
Very modern hotel with upscale rooms and amenities. Loved the modern design and cleanliness of the room. Good breakfast and bar. Very friendly staff. All spoke English very well. Close to shops and other restaurants and bars.

Perfect situation directly opposite train station. Chic minimalist design, boutique member of chain of "different hotels". Staff we encountered were super friendly, hospitable and helpful. Our disappointments included: room not made up first day; no box of tissues in room throughout 3 day stay; restaurant over-priced otherwise good; inevitable flood from shower. Loved the shower, loved all decor particularly high ceilings, though there didn't seem to be a way to prevent substantial puddle after showering.

This is a really good find and will definitely be back. Good location for town and surrounding area. We booked a deluxe room and was very unusual with set out and changing light system. Only one point that I was disappointed in was the breakfast especially the first morning not great for a cost of 19euro !
