Bonsai trip
Have stayed at this hotel a number of times, staff are very friendly, breakfast very nice and plentyful. There was a small issue with 1 of the twin beds, but soon dealt with. Over all very pleasant stay.

Nice hotel close to train station and centre. Although checkout was 11am and we were unable to have a late checkout, the receptionist let us stay until 12 which was very much appreciated. Nice stay and clean hotel only let down by the long brown hair on the clean towel which didn’t belong to either of us.

The hotel was clean and a very good location, right opposite the train station, my only disappointments were that the first room we were allocated smelt of sewer or dirty drains, reception changed our room immediately without a problem, I didn't realise that the hotel allowed pets to stay, there was a dog barking in the day time when any one passed the door, although luckily didn't hear any barking at night! The hotel sits on the main road, our room was road facing, the noise kept me awake on our last night with drunks, speeding cars and lorries, I didn't sleep at all! The photo's of the hotel to me, made the hotel look better than it is. The staff were friendly, polite and attentive.

Would stay here again.
No problems booking in, plenty of space for my van. Breakfast was really nice. The bar was great but wasn't able to drink as I was driving the next day but looked a good place to enjoy an evening if you were here for a social visit. Room was nice and clean, everything I needed, bed was comfortable.

Was satisfied with deluxe room definitely more space. Base of the beds to be renewed, they looked old and falling apart! Corridors to be refreshed and brighter, for the rest comfortable.

I stayed in the single and have no complaints. It’s not big, but it’s pretty on par with the size of European hotel singles. Right across the street from the train station and right around the corner from a square with restaurants and bars. I would stay again

Really tiny room for the price. Parking was additional 70 euros. With taxes and conversion it was 108 dollars more. Bathroom was so small sitting on the toilet was a challenge. Shower was clogged and room was right next to the elevator so it was noisy all night. Hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good but not worth 16 euros a day. Have stayed in much nicer hot

My Stay In Genk Last Week
Very basic facilities, but the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff more than made up for any shortfall in facilities. Would have been great if basic items such as a kettle and coffees etc. in the room came as 'standard'. Also towels were not so luxurious, very thin material that soon got wet! Bed mattress also quite narrow (Was room for slightly wider version in room)

5 of my Japanese customers stayed in the hotel. They liked the breakfast, the clean hotel and the local area. The elevator was broken (already a week) and that we can perfectly understand but what we cannot understand is that there was only a pregnant receptionist present so there was nobody to help carry bags. I helped a lady to put her heavy bag on the fifth floor. An older lady had to carry her own bag upstairs and the general manager of the company that visited us had to carry his bag also to the 3d floor. UNACCEPTABLE! I was very ashamedly! :( The shower in one of the rooms was also broken... No hot water.

Nice modern hotel, close to train and bus station
Nice, modern hotel close to train and bus station, perfect location for conference I was attending at Cosmodrome. Staff were very helpful, especially Noel who answered all my questions patiently before arrival so I could upgrade to a room with A/C, a godsend with the heatwave! Rooms are clean and modern, would definitely stay here again if visiting Genk.

On check in I was given a room for two when I booked a room for 3. Also at check in I was given token for breakfast which I erroneously assumed were included only to be handed a hefty bill on checkout. The room was cleaned very late (about 1500hrs) and not cleaned properly.

Quirky and comfortable hotel
The hotel is located opposite the rail and bus stations, and a short walk from the town centre / shops. Friendly and helpful reception. Lovely double room with comfy bed. Soundproofing isn't the best and outer door closing noise can be a distraction, though other guests were generally quiet. A good selection of breakfast fare was enjoyed. Air con / temperature is controlled centrally, room was a bit on the cool side for me. Very limited choice of tv channels.
