Great short stay
Lovely location and the staff were very accommodating. We stayed in a 4 berth cabin and it was bigger than expected. Worth noting there is no oven. Had to pay for bedding which was clean but our bed sheet had a big hole in it. Lots to do for kids. Good main area, food was lovely and reasonably priced. Pool was brilliant. Also worth noting that out of season (we went in April) some services are not available, for example bicycle and bbq hire.

Great place for a good value for money break
A great place for a value for money break. The fact that they allow dogs is a big plus for me. The chalets are basic but clean and for once the bed was actually comfortable. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

Beau site et très accueillant pour les enfants. Séjour un peu court. Nous y étions pour 2 nuits meeting sur le circuit de Zolder. Le camping est proche du circuit 15 mn . Très pratique et simple accès.

Déçu par l’hôtel et par le site Hotel.com
Obligation d'arrivé à l’hôtel avant 20 heures, c'est un peut exagéré, une fois arrivé à l’hôtel aucun accueil en français alors que sur le site il est bien noté que l'accueil parle français ! ce qui les arrange bien car en faite il nous font comprendre qu'ils non pas la trace de notre réservation et de ce fait il nous font payer plus chère que ce qui à était réservé par le biais de hotel.com. nous avons pourtant imprimer la réservation qui inclus le numéro de réservation et le fait que nous avons donné notre numéro de carte bancaire pour le règlement. Après Control je me rend conte que effectivement le règlement n'est pas passé en banque, mais pourquoi je ne sait pas et je n'ai eu aucun appel ni de l’hôtel ni du site hotel.com pour me dire qu'il y avait un problème avec mon règlement ! Donc une fois sur place pas d'autre choix que de repayer et de surcroît plus chère !!! en ce qui concerne l’hôtel en lui même c'est une honte de nous imposer leur drap à 9,5 euros par personne et par nuit, surtout par le fait que sa reste les même drap tout le tant du séjour donc pourquoi le facturer par nuit. Déplus la description faite pas hotel.com n'est pas réelle, il nous avait annoncé un four à micro onde qui était inexistant et une télé qui est bien réelle mais qui date des années 80 sans aucune chaîne française.

Voilà notre mauvaise surprise, pas d'accueil souriant, mauvaise explication dans un français médiocre, nous avons payé la totalité 114 e alors que nous avions versé un acompte chez vous. J'attends de voir avec vs si vs nous prélevez le montant de 50,22 e car je pensais que je devais verser le solde? nous voyons bien que nous ne sommes pas les bienvenus on nous a très vite expédié dans un mobilhome qui n'était pas celui prévu : sous des peupliers, un très ancien mobilhome humide sale inconfortable PAS DU TOUT LE MOBILHOME NEUF ET MODERNE DES PHOTOS VUS sur le site ! de suite nous sommes allés réclamer un autre mobilhome neuf et la dame de l'accueil partait à ce moment là elle avait fini son job, pourtant il était 17 h . Lui faisant part de notre insatisfaction elle a qd même donné les clefs d'un mobilhome récent (celui convenu au départ) en nous disant que normalement c'était plus cher!

Tres sales personnel jeunes tres désagréables bruyant arnaque ils faut tous payer attention draps vestiaires parking coupe de feu la nuit dans les bois à fuir d'urgence les jeunes jouent avec des armes à feu dangereux pour les enfants mieux vaut aller ailleurs mais je ne le conseille pas à mon pire ennemie croyez moi c'est terrifiant quand j'en parle à la réception ils me demande si j'ai déjà payer mon séjour hits sujet à fuir je vous l'assure

Great and affordable family fun!
We are a family with 2 girls of 1 and 4 years, going for a long weekend from Luxembourg. The bungalow had beds for 6 persons and a roomy common area with kitchenette, however it could have been kept better from the outside. The camping site had no less than 7 outdoor and one large indoor playground, as well as a huge water park with options for everyone incl. small polls for toddlers with mini slides and rather wild ones for teenagers and adults. Supermarket with fair prices on spot. We ended up not leaving the place till we checked out, and had a great family time. Recommended.
