Tried reaching out to Expedia but this is the hardest thing as there is only IA contact and no human contact to be able to explain the situation. “The apartment was clean to the point of sterile. The manager was punctual, polite and a professional. The apartment was close to where I needed to be and the security guard was pretty helpful in helping us to find local places to eat. Good experience. First time in Kingston”
