“The suite was nice - having a separate bedroom from the rest of the place. However, we got there at 5pm and the room was still not ready, when they said it would be available at 3pm. That meant that the cleaning was rushed - and it showed (there were hairs in the shower, for example). Otherwise, the space was great and the coffee tasty!”

“I would have given 5 stars, however with no hot water on the first night and third night I was less than impressed. The receptionist AnnLynn was very helpful and managed to give me a card for a room a couple of blocks away, not perfect but at least I was able to shower after a hot day sightseeing. All staff very helpful. Wonderful grounds and plenty of very pleasant walks.”
“Very nice option compared to hotel we booked this location because we needed to accommodate a large family lovely full kitchen, dining area family room four individual bedrooms with showers dorm room style accommodations was close and convenient drive to Shannon airport”
“The guests were unable to contact the host were not able to check in at the indicated time, no one available to speak to. They had to find alternative accommodation. Unacceptable and unprofessional service.
Reading previous messages yesterday the date of the stay the host had said the dates were not available and yet payment was taken in full. I am requesting a full refund.”
“Sonia is a top notch host. Very accommodating for a last-minute booking. She offered suggestions for things to do in the area and left fresh eggs from her farm for us. She even accommodated an early arrival prior to the check-in time. The cottage is incredible and the wood fire stove is a great heat source. ”
