Very Basic but fine for one night.

Located on an industrial estate it is only a short drive away from Limoges City Centre the hotel is in a quiet area of the estate. The lady on reception was friendly and the rooms were basic but fine for what we needed for one night. I have stayed with this chain before and know what to expect. The breakfast was tasty and the room fine. The only problem that we had was getting the blind to work on the window and in the end we had to give us. I would stay here.

This hotel was awful. We didn't even sleep in the bed as it was obviously not changed from the previous person sleeping in it before. The room was extremely worn out and unclean. Pay the extra €10 to stay in one of the hotels next door!

Dear customer, we have taken notice of your opinion and are surprised by your remark: the sheets are changed systematically between two customers. That's the lesser of it. There may have been a task and we did not see it. We would have enjoyed seeing it with you and discussing it together. As in the majority of Premiere Classe hotels, our hotel is open from 6.30 am to 11 am and from 5 pm to 9 pm. Outside these hours, staff can be reached on an emergency number displayed on the hotel door. Looking forward to welcoming you soon

Only good as quick stopover!

Arrived to find nowhere to park as the hotel is used by local workers and the carpark was full of vans and a lorry taking up a row of spaces. Reception was closed and the automatic machine was broken, had to call to find out the key was left under the window of the room. The room stunk of smoke although it is non-smoking and kinda noisy due to the build quality.

Overnight stop

Have stayed at Premiere classe hotels for some years now and they provide motel style accommodation with self serve breakfast. For the price it is very good value for money and is ideal for an overnight stop.

Hotel receptionist was a 'star'

Yes it was a budget hotel - but was great value. We used it as a half way stop to the South of France - arriving late in the evening. We hadn't realised that the Tour de France was visiting Limoges that evening - which added to the excitement. The receptionist was a 'star' - his energy and excitement at the event was infectious !!! Just what we needed after a 8 hour drive.

Cheap good accommodation

Good cheap accommodation fantastic if shared as 1-2-3 can stay for same cheap rate. Easy to find and dispute being in an industrial trucking area no noise was heard. They are a number of eating places nearby. Limited check in hours but think they may have automatic machine I asked but never got a reply. Room good size with compartment bathroom plenty of water etc. Parking as requested was just outside my requested ground floor room. Well done.Ideal for a visit to Grandour Sur Glane ( if you haven't visited you must once in your life)

The Nightmare

Travelled with party of 16 for World student basketball games. Stayed 8 nights. Arrived at hotel after 20 hour journey. Rooms were incorrect and we had to pay a 200 euro deposit for the luxury of having towels in our rooms. Reception staff apart from one were very unhelpful. Location poor. Next to main road and lorry park. hotel has no facilities apart from 4 park benches outside reception. I would not recommend this hotel.

Ok stay

Budget option - clean - comfortable - good wifi But I was irritated by cleaners in the morning who insisted that I leave so that they could clean - they were not polite - and I was exhausted - however I could understand that most of the clientele were up and out very early. Also it is right at the end of the road tucked into a corner - I struggled to find it.
