Nice ending to a long day

Pros: It was clean, help was very nice and good price.
Cons: I don't think you could improve on anything! Will stay again. The only thing was the Denny's next door had a 45 min. wait and they weren't even busy!
Location: Limon, Colorado
The staff and rooms were great! Loved being on the main floor.

Dated yet clean

Rooms were clean. Area was somewhat quiet for being near the interstate. Continental breakfast was not much at all, however Denny's is right next door

We arrived at just after midnight, needing sleep after a long day on the road. It took more than 30 minutes for them to get us checked in. Then, need to check my email but unable to log on their wireless network. We tried multiple devices and nothing worked and the front desk could not give us any assistance.

Totally unprofessional!

This was an okay place to stay, but we weren't very impressed with the evening clerk who checked us in. She appeared to be completely overwhelmed with checking everyone in, and not very professional. We waited patiently for our turn, but then she waited on someone else who walked up while she was suppose to be waiting on us. She announced our room number for everyone in the lobby to hear, which we didn't appreciate. The neighborhood was a little sketchy as we were trying to find a place to eat. The stool was plugged up in our room, but the maintenance man was quick & gracious to take care of it. The morning clerk was very professional & kind as we checked out the next morning. It was slim pickins for a place to stay in this area but we would keep driving to find something better next time.

Great place to stay, but be sure to get to breakfast early: Long before the 9am cutoff (we got there at 7:45am), scrambled eggs were gone (and no more available), no butter available, and the OJ would have been gone shortly after we were through.Judging from the parking lot, they weren't that busy, so don't know what the problem was. A relatively minor inconvenience, but a slight irritant, on an otherwise nice stay

Cloudy with a Rainnow

The stay started out pretty stormy. I had a reservation but due to some malfunction and the recent change in hotel branding, the motel was not able to immediately give me a room. After much waiting and several calls to the hotel helpline, I did receive the rooms that I had booked. Other than that little hiccup, the stay at Baymont Inn was overall a very nice experience. The desk personnel worked very diligently to clear up the problem not only with my room but several other people, all the while dealing with a steady stream of people looking for rooms. As far as the stay itself, the rooms were very nice. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was meager, but everyone I talked to that were associated with the motel were very nice and friendly and eager to help. The parking area could use some work, especially on the backside of the hotel. Overall I am satisfied with my stay and I would return again in the future. I was promised that a manager would call and discuss the problems we had at check-in. I haven't yet received that call, but it will no doubt come.

Old and out dated

No large sign so hard to find. Noisy. Breakfast was horrible. Eggs were gray and tasted awful. Sausages were nasty. We left and went to McDonalds.

Don't bother

Cons: Understanding the agreement contract with Expedia.
When I booked thru Expedia it was clearly a pre-paid room. The hotel staff insisted on charging me again for the room even after I explained I already paid for the room. Now I am dealing with trying to get one of the charges reversed. The hotel does not seem to understand the contract they have with Expedia and they don't believe me when I tell them I have been charged by both Expedia and the hotel. Not the type of issue you want to deal with when traveling. There are plent of other hotels at this Limon stop to stay at.
