Everything was fine except the TV, DirecTV, quit during The Voice.

Pros: Convenient, right off I-70
Cons: Front door area could be swept to make it more appealing upon entering.
Hotel next to truck stop and first impression was not what I had hoped for. But checking in was good, Room was good but it had an odor that soon went away. overall,, would stay there again if in the area.

Nice room and good price.

Pros: Location and price.
Cons: Add a ramp or elevator.
Location: Didn't check it out.
Conveniently close to a nice restaurant (short walk). One negative was there wasn't an elevator to haul luggage. But otherwise the room was pretty nice. It had a free continental breakfast. Staff were friendly.

A nice relaxing end after a day of driving. Staff was friendly, bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was very good.

Bugs in the Room

Pros: Nada
Bugs in the room and a smart Alec front desk clerk. Refused to believe us until we forced him to go to the room. Offered to change our room. Booked at the Holiday Inn across the street and left.

As the ladies sometimes are, my wife was more critical of things than I. I saw a decent hotel for a decent price. One thing I would add is to have your cleaners dust things they might not normally think of like tops of headboards.

Staff with attitude and cleaning issues.

Arrived at this well rated hotel and had to go through 3 rooms before we had a passable one. The first had stained sheets. The desk manager actually asked me to describe the stains when I complained as if there is an ok kind of stain. Then they moved us to a second room which stunk of an unwashed old person's smell. The same manager then told me they could only give me one more try as if he was doing me a favor. The last room had clean sheets and did not stink but was warn and the air conditioner did not work well. Decided to turn it off and open the window - wasn't worth the fight. Very disappointing.
