This place is simple, sparkling clean and quiet. Beautiful land. Courteous staff and the friendliest welcome dogs you’ll ever find. Note, there’s no TV, WiFi just ok, so if that’s important to you, maybe find a different place. But if you want a quiet, pristine place to stay and explore the area, this is it. New shower/bathroom, comfortable beds. My guess is that the bad reviews must have been from a time when there was some construction going on - ignore them. Also, on some Tuesdays, there’s a rodeo! We left Monday, so didn’t get to experience that. I’d definitely stay again!

Beautiful hotel, with friendly and helpful staff and great location. Only ‘issue’ was the rooftop pool wasn’t open due to a leak- but great other than that!

We love the hot tub and the views from it, spectacular!

We spent two nights at the lodge after spending time in whitefish, Waterton Canada and Glacier National Park. It is a beautiful facility and we had a very large king room, fireplace, sink and refridge. It was very rainy and cold so the restaurant, lounge etc were pretty crowded. But service was good and food was tasty. Shuttles run hourly into town and airport shuttles are available. BUT. We had some maintenance issues with the toilet. We were told maintenance would come right away 4 times in 18 hours and no one came. We had to take the top off the tank and manually flush the toilet by pulling the wire!! After speaking to the manager… again..,they came and basically told my husband we weren’t flushing right so it was our fault. Really? He raised the water level but it continued to have issues. The way it was handled by front desk staff was very concerning. My husband spent much of our time there waiting for maintenance in the room! No one ever checked to see if the issue was resolved. On our last afternoon they asked my husband if we wanted to move rooms. We said no. We did not want to pack everything when we would have to pack early the next morning anyway. The restaurant, bar, concierge staff were all so friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned but items we used like sugar and cream were not replaced. One window did not open. For the price we expected better. In fact, it was unacceptable.

This was the best stay on our two week trip. The only regret that I have is that we didn’t stay here longer. Great service from staff and the view was beautiful from our room.
