“The description of the property was accurate, the rooms were comfy, beds as well. Space was very clean. Location to downtown isn't bad at all, 20-25 minutes. My reason for not giving 5 stars is the smell in the house was overwhelming. We had to buy candles and plug-ins to mask it. Be prepared for this. Another item is there weren't any top sheets on the beds....only the fitted sheet and bedspread. Please provide top sheets for hot sleepers.”

“When we arrived I thought I had made a mistake and booked a place that allowed smoking. It is listed as non smoking but had a smoky smell. Some areas smelled like pee. They do allow pets but I would expect that mopping with a cleaner would remedy that. There were flies in the windows so we bought some fly strips. There is a table with drop leaves and when we folded the leaves does there was food and grime in the cracks which may have contributed to the fly issue. It is listed as accommodating……

“There was a heavy odor of cigarette smoke when we opened the door. Despite it being listed as no smoking. Had to go out and get air fresheners. Messaged the owner who never responded. Dirty dishes found in dishwasher which also smelled. Had to hand wash the dishes and silverware just to be on safe side. And dirty towels found hanging behind bathroom door. Backyard full of weeds and hadn’t been cut in a while. Have stayed at other VRBO properties, this one was the worst.”

“We are frequent VRBO renters and we use Premier Hosts because they are always excellent. The place was perfect just like the pictures. The location is so great. A gentrified neighborhood with restaurant's, markets and shops in easy walking distance. The host owns multiple units in the building so we had family on multiple floors. Thanks Danny!”

“Safe neighborhood. Well maintained house. House was built around 1915. All 3 bedrooms are up a flight of fairly steep stairs. The main floor stayed a comfortable temperature all week. The upstairs was uncomfortably warm for sleeping. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom that function well. The air conditioning reaches the upstairs, but because the home is so old, it doesn’t get cool up there. We traveled in June with highs around 90 degrees and stayed for 6 nights. Parking is on the……
