Great Value

Very friendly staff; good mattress, but very full pillows not easy to sleep with. Great breakfast—a treat. Pet friendly, lovely grassy area for dogs. Very happy with this hotel. (Just get directions: entrance difficult to find!)

Fun trip to Lincoln

The management welcomed me as I approached the entrance. It was like I was family. The front desk agent made me feel at home. Besides the delicious free breakfast there is free coffee and hot cocoa and soups are available in the afternoon. The room was comfy, clean, and warm. I always stay at this Best Western when I visit Lincoln. It's the best value of the hotels. There is a new restaurant near there called Cafe Billiards about a block away on fifth if you want a quick meal. The food was great. The staff at Best Western are top notch. I can't wait to visit again'

Excellent room and stay. Got the honeymoon suite and it was huge and fantastic!

Good Value

The Best Western is not far off Interstate 55 in the town of Lincoln. It offers a quiet, clean, out of the way place to stay in this small town. It is on historic Route 66 and the big wagon driven by Abe Lincoln is right out front if you like off the wall tourist attractions.

Not the cleanest

This hotel looks newly remodeled. Unfourtunatly it wasn’t the cleanest hotel. We noticed our bathroom was pretty dirty and were switched to a different room. A freind who stayed in the room next to us found bugs. The beds are also crazy hard. None of us slept good.

phones did not work, no security on exit door-door was propped open because card would not work, fitness center not open. it took four tries to make the card work to open hotel room-no apology.

Very nice for the price.

Online reservation was easy. Check in was quick. Breakfast was very good. Overall enjoyable experience. Room comfort would have gotten a 5, but two of our outlets didn’t work.

We were able to check in early which was great. However, upon entry to our room we had a jet tub that had soap scum lines all around it. Called the hotel desk and they sent someone up to clean it. Later that evening when turning down the sheets we noticed a big yellow stain (highly visible) on the blanket. Brought that to the attention of the desk as well and all our linens were changed. The desk personnel was quick to respond to our issues. I guess our biggest complaint is that the cleaning people are extremely lazy and do not care what the rooms look like. While there was a hardwood floor in the room I can't tell you when it was cleaned last as my feet got dirty walking across the room and all of the corners had some type of dirt or dust in them.

The hotel staff was fantastic. Very friendly and made everyone feel totally at home. The rooms are very nice and super clean. The breakfast was delicious and well appointed also. I will definitely be back.
