Had a great check in, the lady at the front desk did an awesome job. Rooms are nice. Only complaint is parking-stalls are not big enough for pickups and suvs.

The room was very spacious and location was close to restaurants and shopping. When I checked in, I noticed hairs in the bathroom sink so I went and pulled back the bedding and found hairs in the bed as well so I requested a different room which they gave me. Upon checkout, I asked for a receipt and they said one could not be provided, I would have to get one from Expedia. It didn’t make sense to me that they could swipe my credit card at check in but not provide a receipt at checkout.

Thank you for your feedback, we strive to provide the best service possible. We are sorry for inconvenience with your room, but happy that we were able to promptly resolve the issue. We are unable to provide receipts from third party bookings because the hotel does not actually take payment from your card, the third party site does. The hotel swipes your card as an incidental hold that we release upon check out. Your third party booking site should be able to provide a receipt for you. We hope to see you the next time you're in town!

The staff at the hotel were friendly but we did have to switch rooms. The original room smelled when we entered it and the bathroom/toilet hadn’t been cleaned. The walls were not clean in the room and the furniture and wall paper throughout were peeling.

Hotel cleanliness and maintenance really starting to show signs of neglect. No big ten network or PBS. Couldn’t even watch high school championship games or husker basketball.

We’ve stayed here quite a few times and noise is always a problem from other neighbors. It’s like they need to add insulation or weather stripping around the doors? I bring white noise but even that can’t drown it out. The other issue is a ventilation problem in the bathroom. The bathroom doors are auto closing which is annoying, but the big problem this causes is the bathroom has a musty/mildew odor. The ventilation fans in the bathrooms are also pretty much non-functional.

Best I can tell this property has not upgraded its TVs and their small sizes for many years. That sets a tone of dated when entering the rooms and is annoying when watching sporting events during stays.

Room was clean but the rest of the facility could use a mskeover. Hallway rugs were filthy. Breakfast area needed help. No napkins out, no jam, no juice cups. Staff were friendly
