The room was very spacious and location was close to restaurants and shopping. When I checked in, I noticed hairs in the bathroom sink so I went and pulled back the bedding and found hairs in the bed as well so I requested a different room which they gave me. Upon checkout, I asked for a receipt and they said one could not be provided, I would have to get one from Expedia. It didn’t make sense to me that they could swipe my credit card at check in but not provide a receipt at checkout.
