Quiet but...

Breakfast was decent, front desk staff was friendly, and it was quiet at night. But. The room was not clean and housekeeping had to be chased down.

The lnk food court across the street is good and open till 10 pm...it's called LNK.

Qualityless Inn

Pros: Staff was nice
Cons: everything about the facility is in need of upgrade!
Location: Location is great!
The facility is dated and rundown and needed an overhaul. Found a bug in the bathroom. Burns in the carpet looks like cigarette burns in non-smoking room. Everything in the place was rundown. Staff was nice and helpful! They need to remove QUALITY from their name.....

Bad Neighbors Allowed

It was 10 and I was ready for bed. I had a first floor room with a glass back door adjacent to a parking lot. Then the neighbors (also first floor) rolled up to their door in a car blasting "rap" at top volume. This continued for five minutes while they unpacked. They turned off the "rap" in the car, and then they immediately started blasting "rap" from a speaker inside the room at top volume. I called the front desk and told them what was going on. To the front desk's credit, the "rap" was turned off. Then, later, at 3:00 in the morning, a second car pulled up also blasting "rap" at top volume. I called this in to the front desk, and the front desk said "I'll check it out." After ten minutes, the "rap" from the second car was turned off, and the occupants of the car went into the room next door and everyone started yelling at top volume. I called in to the front desk. The front desk told me someone else had complained about it as well. Five minutes later I heard the front desk knocking at the neighbors' door; the woman told them to "hold it down". The room's new occupants were not instructed to leave. No one was threatened with eviction. The front desk left and then the neighbors proceeded to yell at each other for another hour and a half.

Needs updated

The service was good and breakfast was good. The whole place was very dated. The room was lacking. While the bedding was clean, the gold bedspread they put in top looked like it was from the 70's and had old cigarette burns in it. The carpet had big ripples in it. The bathroom was more updated, however the toilet was oddly close to the vanity. I'm a pretty petite person and the toilet paper holder was hitting my side when I sat on the toilet. I can't imagine a very large person could even sit on the toilet all the way.

Decent place to stay rooms are just outdated patio door would not lock chain was busted out of the wall

Nightmare. In the middle of night, water dripping through light fixture in bathroom ceiling. Soaked carpet. Sounded like staff knew of leak and rented room anyway. Now refuse to give refund.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Room smelled like urine. If we could have moved to different hotel we would have but because of the game and outrageously inflated prices there wasn’t a room available within 30 miles. Will never stay at a quality inn again.
