I have stayed in plenty of hotels the past month on a roadtrip, but this was by far the worst experience. First of all, as of 7.4.20 we are in a pandemic and the condition this hotel is in was completely unacceptable. Even without the serious need for health safety at this moment, this hotel is by far the worst I have ever seen regardless. Reasons: mold growing in the tub, black grime on the shower curtain, hair on the bathroom floor, toe nail clippings on the carpet, brown stains (what appeared to be dried blood) on one bed sheet, crusty towels, an AC unit that did not work, NO HAND SOAP, and a sink that didn’t function. We immediately went to the office and tried to get our money back. Because of Hotels.com policy, we could not, however we still left. Apparently there is a new owner? This place should be embarrassed to be standing. We got a place $10 cheaper 20 mins more East towards Lincoln. DO NOT STAY HERE. I have never been so displeased in a place and hotels.com.
