“The room needs maintenance. The mattresses are old and saggy. We did not sleep well at all. The windows could not be opened ( broken) to get fresh air. The room was hot and stuffy. The air conditioner vents were filthy and when we turned on the fan the air coming out smelled musty. We were disappointed.”

“Check in was fast. They changed to a water view room for me the next day. Room was clean & cleaning lady Priyanka was very friendly ＆ helpful. Air conditioning is cool enough for hot summer days！ Restaurant staff were nice though you may need to remind them your breakfast should be hot（sometimes came a bit cold）. So far happy with my stay ＆ the location is great！”

“The owner\hostess was rude and obsequious. She has a footwear issue…..and offered used slippers as an alternative. The physical plant was fine. This is not a hotel….it is her and her yapping dogs home. I don’t pay $300 for a lecture.”
