“We had a little hiccup with this property, the room we booked for 2 nights was given to other people. Unfortunately our flight was cancelled and didn’t make it for the first night. When arriving at the accommodation. We were given 2 rooms that were not what had been listed on wotif. The rooms were not clean and I was not happy with the rooms at all. After getting onto the host, she was more then happy to check our booking and she gave us the room that was listed on wotif. The accommodation was……

“We got to where the directions said to go, no homestay property there. After an hour of trying to find the place we found someone who could translate and call the homestay number on the email Expedia sent to me. This person said it was over there about a mile which she was nice enough to walk us over to. When we got there it was a hotel that knew nothing about the homestay property. I quickly called Expedia which took me an hour get to them and another 20 minutes to explain my situation. They……

The play room and kid swimming pool are best choices to kids which allows you spend a day to warror tomb or huaan hill and spend a family night in the hotel. haven't tried the hot springs but trust it's worth for visit.”

“这是一家不会再去住的酒店，以下个人体验供参考。 当初预订的时候，听名字和看图片觉得还不错，最主要地理位置非常好。入住时打开房门的一瞬间懵了！感觉时光穿越了，空调是拨盘的那种，房间没有灯光调节，就床头两盏灯，海信的电视机没有卫星电视，还配了一个家用机顶盒，电视机也看不了，家具陈旧，没有淋浴房，只有一个浴缸，还冷热水需要自己转，最诡异就是卫生间门上装一面大镜子，晚上看到吓死人了！ 据说是西安最早的五星级酒店，但都21世纪了，快捷酒店和民宿都比它强，难怪这么大一个酒店，住了几天一个人都没看到过。”
