Malvasia 70: Charming, self-catering accommodation in Lipari!

Our house is a two-room apartment on two floors: the ground floor consists of a living room / kitchen (with sofa bed) and a bathroom; on the first floor there is a bedroom, another bathroom and a balcony, and on the 2nd floor there is also a large covered terrace, private and equipped with deckchairs, chairs, table, kitchen area for outdoor dining in total relaxation.
It can accommodate 2 to 5 people; Our holiday home is located in the center of Lipari, in the Old town, near the main street Corso Vittorio Emanuele, two minutes walk from the square of Marina Corta; nearby available to all main services (5 minutes walk from the port of ferry terminal and Portinente beach).

Malvasia interlude

We spent 8 days on Lipari and the flat was comfortable and in a good location in a quiet, car free street just 10 minutes walk from the Marina Corta in one direction and the main Corso, with supermarket, in the other. The terrace is a great asset with lovely views and a comfortable place to retreat from the afternoon heat. Unfortunately, my husband was unwell but we were able to extend our stay for a couple of days which was a great relief. Giuseppe was very helpful and responded quickly to any requests. We really enjoyed staying in Malvasia, in the heart of the local community, but tucked away from the busy areas. Access may not suit everyone as there are 20 stone steps up to the first floor and a spiral staircase to the terrace but we are in our 70s and coped without any difficulty. I would enthusiastically recommend Malvasia as a great place to stay.

"Logement très propre, ca...

"Logement très propre, calme, non loin du centre ville, très bien équipé avec une salle de douche et WC à chaque étage, et une terrasse panoramique à la vue dégagée. Mais cette vue se mérite; l'accès se faisant par un premier escalier droit de 20 marches en pierre puis un autre de 20 marches étroit, en colimaçon. Nous aurions plus souvent mangé sur la terrasse sans cet accès difficile. Sinon, climatiseur peu efficace, à réviser, mais la maison très fraiche nous a tenu à l'écart du chaud malgré parfois jusqu'à 40°C à l'ombre. Famille très acceuillante, qui est venu nous chercher au port, et nous a ramené le jour du départ. Contact très courtois, et chaleureux. Nous recommandons ce logement, et cette famille en particulier."

Schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in Guiseppes Haus sehr gut gefallen. Es ist liebevoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Dachterrasse mit Außenküche und Blick über Lipari ist wunderschön. Die Lage ist zentrumsnah - in 5 Minuten ist man in der Fußgängerzone bzw. am alten Hafen. Der Kontakt mit Guiseppe war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder!

Maison typique idéalement situee a quelques minutes du coeur de Lipari.

Sejour prévu de 6 jours pendant les vacances de Toussaint 2017. Écourté malheureusement par l annulation de ferrys due au vent. Donc 3 nuits passées dans la maison (nous aurions apprécié un geste du propriétaire...). Équipements tres satisfaisants et belle terrasse sur le toit malgré l accès "sportif".

Au coeur de Lipari

L'accueil de Giuseppe était très chaleureux. Il est venu nous chercher au port et nous y a raccompagnés le dernier jour. Son appartement est très bien situé, au coeur de Lipari. Proche de tout et surtout de la vie des habitants. Nous avons passé des soirées inoubliables sur la terrasse, qui offre une belle vue sur Lipari.

excellent séjour "à l'italienne"

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette maison Liparote typique, parfaitement aménagée, avec un grand plus pour la très belle chambre avec son petit balcon et la super terrasse équipée pour faire la cuisine !! Quel plaisir d'y prendre son petit déjeuner le matin face au soleil qui se lève, ou alors le soir dans la quiétude du soleil couchant, avec vue sur la vieille citadelle et la mer. Le fait de devoir monter le joli escalier en colimaçon ne nous a pas gêné du tout, au contraire il a un petit air "d'escalier du paradis" ! La chambre est calme, même si parfois de la ruelle montent les voies des voisines qui s'interpellent de leur balcon, ce qui donne vraiment l'impression de vivre à l'italienne et apporte du charme au lieu. La maison est parfaitement située à quelques mn à pied du port et du vieux centre via des ruelles typiques. Bref le lieu idéal pour se reposer et visiter la très belle île de Lipari et parfait point de départ pour des excursions vers les autres îles. un grand merci à Giuseppe qui est venu nous chercher avec sa voiture au port et qui nous a donner toutes les infos utiles !

Agréable semaine

Appartement bien situé, conforme à la description (escaliers un peu raides), très propre avec une très agréable terrasse. Très bon accueil. On est venu nous chercher au bateau à l'arrivée et on nous a ramené au port au départ ce qui est très appréciable. Excellent séjour à Lipari. Je recommande.

Posizione perfetta e terrazza speciale

La posizione della casa è perfetta : in un vicolo silenzioso del caratteristico centro storico a 5 minuti da Marina corta e dal corso. Abbiamo affittato entrambe gli appartamenti come se fosse una unica casa che e' molto bene attrezzata e siamo stati bene. La casa è molto fresca anche nelle giornate calde e soprattutto la terrazza sempre ventilata e attrezzata con una bella cucina in muratura e il vero valore aggiunto dell'abitazione. I proprietari sono davvero gentili e disponibili .

Siamo stati con i nostri amici a Lipari nella Casa Vacanza 6261175 per 3 giorni. Lappartamento si trova vicino al porto, perfetto per visitare tutto. Le Stanze erano pulite, e erano fornito di tutto. Cia siamo trovati bene e sicuramente torniamo! ursula da modica

Petite maison Liparienne refaite à neuf , dans une ruelle très calme du quartier central . Terrasse très bien aménagée pour les repas ou le repos, avec vue sur la ville. Nous avons passez deux semaines en fin Nov. debut Dec. 2014 a Lipari. La maison c'est dans une petite rue calme et aggreable. L'objet est bien équipée et propres. Le grand highlight c'est la grande terrasse de toit avec une 2. cuisine tout équipée. La familie du proprietère c'est très fiable et gentille. Lipari c'est une petitte iles naturelles et calme. On vas returnér l'année prochaine.

Wir wurden am Hafen abgeholt und wieder zurückgebracht. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben immer wieder mal nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Bei der Fewo handelt es sich um eine renovierte Altbauwohnung, die zentrumsnah gelegen ist. Alle notwendigen Utensilien sind vorhanden. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Überblick auf das Wohnviertel und die nähere Umgebung.

La Casa st Anna en couple ou en famille

Nous étions un couple avec un ado, et avons aime l endroit de la casa st Anna pour le fet que nous serions entourre des locataires de Lipari , comme la Voisinne Risanna avec son chien Ticky très ouverte et gentille, la propret de l'appartement parfait, et la terrasse quel merveille ! C est super d y avoir mît la cuisine ! Les propriétaires sont très gentil, superbe, ils sont venu nous cherche le 12 juillet à minuit et nous ont ramene pour prendre, Aliscafo.les petits restos comme la Tavernella famigliale et à des prix très correcte.. L Agriturismo Zu Pepino parfait délicieux et si vous avez pas d auto il vienne vs chercher! Je recommande cet endroit et félicite les propriétaire famille Stadelmann

L''appartement était conforme à la description, et la terrasse agréable pour le petit déjeuner et parfois le dîner (même en novembre). Seul (petit) bémol, la pièce du bas serait plus agréable avec un réaménagement du type "cuisine amériacaine"."

"Le logement est très agréable et très bien placé, dans une rue piétonne de Marina Corta. Il est très propre et toutes les ouvertures permettent une bonne aération. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse sur le toit. A proximité il y a toutes les commodités pour les courses. Le port de Marina Corta d''où partent les excursions à la journée est à 5 minutes à pieds et celui de Marina Lunga où arrivent et partent les ferries mais également les bus (urso bus) pour rejoindre les autres villes de l''île, est à 15 minutes. Antonella et son papa sont venus nous chercher au port et nous ont ramené. Ils ont été très disponibles pendant notre séjour."
