"This is our first time in Portugal to celebrate our 10 year anniversary, and we are so glad that we have chosen this hotel based on excellent reviews! The place is so central and we were able to walk to a lot of tour sites in the area. It is also only 5 minutes walk to Rossio Station. The room is big and we had clean service every day. Since the room is big, we think that it would have been great if the hotel has put in regular clothes cabinets as the clothes rack is not sufficient enough. The bed was so comfortable! Large bathroom, great water pressure. We did get a small complementary bottle of wine. At first we were disappointed that we were not upgraded but we actually ended up loving the city side of the hotel! There is still a small balcony where you can stand out and enjoy the passersby. Yes, it could get loud but the windows do have very good insulation. The one drawback is that our room (on the 1st floor) is right across from the bottle container! So whenever someone throws bottles in the container, we had to deal with the noise. But this could easily be resolved by way of wearing earplugs at night. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is also a self-service laundromat only about 4-5 doors down. It could get busy but we were able to do our laundry on our last day. We didn't HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place especially if this is your first time in Lisbon!"

"Our trip to Lisbon was to celebrate my birthday as well as visit Lisbon. When I made the booking I requested for a room that is in the higher floor so we can see if you off the coast. When we got to the hotel where put on the higher floor as requested and I was also given a bottle of Prosecco and a little birthday cake/treat which was quite great and very lovely of them. The hotel is about 10 minutes taxi ride from the airport. It is close to the shopping mall where you could buy things and also buy food. It is next to the Orente train station. We didn’t get to use the train, but it was good to know that we had the option. It is about 20 minute taxi ride which would be about on a weekday less than €15 to get into town. The staff were very pleasant and nice. The breakfast post Crete as well. Lots of varieties. Spa was quiet as well there were not a lot of people when we visited the spa. It is also about five minutes walk to the aquarium and the cable cars. We had a fantastic Stay. My only recommendation to the hotel would be to provide milk if you are going to serve tea and coffee in the rooms. Other than that everything else was great."
