Very clean, quiet, great beds and well located. Some of the bathroom tiles were lose and showed cracks. The AC was not efficient, it seems old. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Great location
This apartment was in an excellent location to explore the city. Lots of things to do within walking distance. The apartment was clean and the bed very comfortable. The room was made up each day with fresh towels etc. the little kitchen was very nice. We didn’t cook but the full size fridge was very handy. The little balcony was great. The only complaint is the bathroom. Our shower temp was hard to regulate and the shower needs new grout and there was a minor damp issue on the ceiling. When we went to check out on Sunday morning no one was about at reception so we just headed off. Overall the location is fantastic and the apartment was great. We would recommend it and definitely stay again if we return to Lisbon.

Service: 5/5 - I was in constant communication with Natalie via WhatsApp! She was super helpful and very quick to reply. Comfort: 5/5 - The bed was fairly comfortable. Finally a room with a usb charger! Bathroom could have used a soap dish in the shower to hold the soap and shampoo. Noise: 3/5 - A bit of street noise but it was ok for me.
