Unfortunately, I became ill halfway through my vacation and when trying to contact the manager to inform them that I would be leaving three days earlier and if I could possibly receive a refund for my stay, no one responded. On the day I had to check out the front desk young lady was of no assistance and would only repeat the policy back to me that there was no refunds available .

This location for my wife and myself was perfect. All the name brand stores many restaurants and very close to the subway was thinking about renting a car, but realized that it is easy to get around by train no hassles and very safe. Five minutes to downtown Lisbon five minutes to the tram and all the local food you could eat will I return to this hotel yes

Great relaxing stay. Breakfast was good and staff were great. Used our passports to see my wife’s birthday and had champagne and cake waiting for her when we returned from our day out. Good location to main strip and Avenida station.

The staff at Eurostars was amazing, they were extremely accommodating and provided excellent service. Would recommend 10/10 staying here if you are going to Lisbon.

Fabulous breakfast! Clean rooms and public spaces. Average fitness suite but no stationary bike and the water cooler was always empty. Hallways, elevator and all other public spaces were poorly ventilated, not air-conditioned, and uncomfortable.

This is supposed to be a five star hotel, but it’s scale up to the five star standards. I wouldn’t give it more than 3.5 stars ratings. For example, the shower had bit of clogged drainage that accumulated water inside the shower area. One expects better from a 5 star facility. The room and facilities resembled a normal business hotel- nothing special.

This property is not a 5 star hotel, it should be rated as a 4 or 4.5. Overall the hotel is good, our bed mattress was not good and we let them know. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Location is good but not as close in the map as it seemed to be to Libertadores. Probably would not pick this hotel again, ok for one time.

Stay was pleasant. I wouldn’t classify this hotel as a 5*. Location is at the end of a dark road. There was no one to help us with our luggage to the room and no security at the entrance of the hotel. For a 5* hotel you would expect a grand lobby but it is a small reception desk with only one person attending to guests. The breakfast was just ok and the same everyday.

A lovely hotel in a quiet area. We came to Lisbon to explore and found this hotel to be well located but not suitable if you don’t like walking up and down hills.

The staffs were all very hospitable, warm, and welcoming. I didn’t even realize they were a Five Star Hotel which they very much deserve. The location of thr hotel was close to Liberty ave were all the fabulous shops were located. The Front desk staff to the housekeeping, to the restaurant, bar were all extremely friendly. Kudos to the General Manager of the property. A very safe plce to stay and a home away from hone. There is no reason i will not recommend thisvplace to friends and family. Thank you to all the staff.
