I wish I could have stayed in Lisbon longer to really enjoy all of the amenities this hotel offers. It has a very modern feel to it, rooms are super clean and the staff is friendly! Location of this hotel seems to be pretty good, it is located about 5 minutes walking from Oriente train station, 10 minute drive to the airport (LIS) and right across a shopping mall. There are also lots of little restaurants around.

Quiet place. It has the largest indoor aquarium in the whole Europe at five minute walk. Casino and a shopping mall is also close to the hotel. Great stuff and the cleaning service is excellent.

Lovely and very keen to please staff attitude, BUT too slow on actual delivery of service. After waiting for an hour and a half and after chasing star for delivery of our bottle of wine ordered to our room, I had to go down to the bar and ask again and bring it back up myself. Also, lobby bar closed too early (11pm) just when customers were coming back from local concert for a drink - they did eventually reopen after so many people complained and were only able to buy full bottles of wine. Everything else was good though. Well located, pleasant staff, clean, and easy parking.

The experience was horrible. Worst hotel ever never received complimentary sparkling wine. We ordered drinks at the bar we waited over 40 minutes and a club sandwich never arrived after one hour we walked out. Avoid at all costs. Staff horrible even spoke to a manager full of excuses and no execution.
