The staff is incredibly good, kind, and accommodating to our last minute reservations and requests. They were extremely nice, with everything! Also the room is beautiful, modern, and wonderful. Thank you very much My Story Hotel!

There was no hot water in the morning for three consecutive days. We could not take a shower. That’s unacceptable. The hotel knew for quite some time but management did not do anything to repair the boiler for good. Really a downer
