I loved the feeling of luxury in the room as I don't often stay in such hotels. Nice and quiet. Lifts always minutes away. Staff most helpful particularly for tourist things. Lovely pool and again nice quiet staff.
Great location for our last day in Portugal - it's literally right at the airport. Stored our bags at the hotel and took the Metro to downtown for the day. My wife had a massage in the spa and was very pleased with it. Dinner in the bar area was good and reasonably priced. Overall a good place to ...
The experience was everything we wanted it to be. We got this hotel as a recommendation from friends and were blown away by the hotel. We were luck enough to stay in one of the suites and it was worth it. The hotel and staff made our trip to Lisbon amazing. We intend to stay here again if we ever ...
A great 5 star hotel which spares no comfort. We stayed here for our honeymoon and were extremely pleased. A luxurious spa which I see has received sceptical reviews for it's price, I would like to support and say it is very much worth every penny. The room was extremely nice, I would definitely ...
Amazing hotel conviniently placed near a metro stop. The area was lovely and the hotel facilities were amazing. The pool was very relaxing and the sauna &a steam rooms had fantastic views. Everything was topped off by an amazing breakfast which included a large selection of food and drink.
Fab hotel but we happened to book at the same time a 2 massive coach parties. The queue for the restaurant stretched around reception and it felt a bit like Butlins!. Otherwise fine!
This is a wonderful traditional hotel which provides everything a traveller could wish for. It has a fascinating history and has hosted royalty and film stars, apart from being a centre for espionage during World War 2 ! The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the public areas are immaculate. ...
Great location near the centre of town, near the metro and supermarket close by. The apartment was spacious, clean, very quiet and with comfortable beds. The living room and kitchen area were well equipped. The staff went out of their way to help us, and were very polite and courteous.
The hotel was beatiful in every respect. Staff were extremely kind and helpful beyond expectation - Thank you all! Our room was not really suitable for 3 adults as we had expected - we didn't anticipate a rollaway bed, we managed though and it didn't spoil our stay. The decor is opulent yet comfortable ...
The hallways are marbled the rooms and bathròoms are modern but dysfunctional. Wash basins are small and too high, shower fixtures need an engineering degree to operate, no shower curtains so lots of water splashes on bathroom floor. Otherwise smaĺl but nice rooms, good breakfast and nice staff.
Very slow check/in. Slippery shower. No bath mat or grab bars. Hair dryers that shut down for "security" reasons made drying my hair a longer ordeal. Average food. Beautiful top floor views of the city and river! Fancy eating place and a cocktail loung, too. Bar in lobby also nice. Staff was very ...
So lovely to spend a few days in this charming hotel, the staff are polite and helpful, you have the sea crashing on the shore and a beautiful pool sheltered from the wind to relax by. This is a place to unwind and spoil yourself. We come here in September when it's warm enough to sit out by the ...
Hotel poorly located too far out from centre and noisy as under the airport flightpath Tea coffee making needed in rooms Staff excellent Buffet dinners at weekend for large groups meant individual residents had to queue and food ran out and staff couldn't cope
